I ordered a pork tenderloin basket, I will never order it again. It was so tough to chew it. It was like chewing a piece of rawhide. Got a half and order of French fries as well. I won't be back for awhile.

Have been to this Culver's twice. First time was right after they opened. That time I waited 30 minutes before I got my meal to take out. So 2 weeks ago I decided to try it again. I ordered the shrimp meal plus side order of onion rings. I got home and had no onion rings. I called to let them know that I did not receive my onion rings and the young lady that I talked to said they would mail me a coupon for an order of onion rings which was 2 weeks ago and I have not received it. Needless to say I will not be going back to this restaurant. It's too bad cuz they're close to where I work.

I ordered today's special that was a deluxe cheeseburger basket for 12.39. The cashier charged me 13.19. I asked why I was charged more than the posted price and a man told me the price on the cash register is what head office charges and that's what I have to pay. Then why post today's special at the lower price if you're not getting it for the posted price. The man was very rude and obviously doesn't care about customer service.
