This is one of those occasions where the Service stole the show.Food and ambiance were noteworthy, BUT, Lori deserves the Oscar ?Brief History: we were a group of about 24 people and add to that other hotel guests, so all tables were occupied.Floor staff had their hands full.Somehow, in the midst of all the chatter, distractions and people … Lori W emerged as personable, knowledgeable of the menu and supremely professional in her demeanor.Idk how my table lucked out to have her as our Server, but I felt blessed.Lori’s remarkable personality shone thru.She was the epitome of Joy, a beautiful and graceful figure gliding across the floor greeting and interacting with everyone with seemingly effortless grace, appreciation for our presence and most of all, a radiant smile that said “I’m happy you’re here”.Lori made my entire dining experience a very pleasant and memorable one.I encourage everyone to ask for her by name.Y’all can thank me later.Thanks Dockside Grill @ Four Points by Sherston … someone did well when they hired Lori.Thanks Lori for the great memories and for making my team business trip a phenomenal success.I guarantee we will be back !!!

Many thanks to the staff for making our family evening lovely. The food was fantastic and our waitress was so much fun and even appreciate my “Nerd Man” drawing that I created for a laugh w the kids. Highly recommend this place for families and thank you to our waitress for her attention to detail and for making a family gathering memorable.

Worst place ever. They had the best, most honest, and hardworking employee there. They purposely understaffed on her shift for a party of 50 and fired her for doing to best she can on 39 in person orders. I don't understand how her manager expected her to handle all this by herself or with little help. I WILL BE MAKING A CALL TO CORPORATE ABOUT THAT MANAGER.

Martini at first came with sweet vermouth and vodka. Unless requested vodka came instead of gin. Medium rare hamburger was well done and burned and the roll was also burned. Waiter was nowhere to be seen after leaving check. Also when I asked why the martini was brown, he said that they are like that.

Not at all set up to cater to New Year's Eve dinner. Under staffed, Manager was running the Bar & the Tables, support staff was sweeping under our table & my seat. When asked to stop, the reply was she needed to go home eventually”, it was barely 9pm. Our meal order never went in at 8:30pm & they never noticed, we asked an hour later at 9:30pm & that's when it was requested. The Manager/Waitress was nice but inappropriately sat down at our table twice... So much for a Romantic Evening. The experience messed up our evening. The dinner was comped but the night was ruined.

This place is tucked into the lobby of a Sheraton Four Points hotel. We went there for an early New Years Eve dinner since the restaurants at the Sunseeker Resort where we were staying were all booked up weeks before we arrived! This is not a fancy place but the food was very good and most reasonably priced. We normally don't get crab cakes when we are not in Maryland since they almost always are not good. Surprise! here they were excellent with lump crab and a nice sauce. The salmon with Bourbon sauce was also very good. The servers were stressed due to the crowd but handled everything fairly well.

I would, our food was good. Came on recommendation of a friend who had never been there before. It seemed empty with no staff around when we arrived. When our friends arrived the fella behind the bar said we could sit anywhere. By the time we left it was crowded and noisy and we had to wait for our check. We only saw one wait person. Grateful for the gluten free menu. Also when we first arrived I thought because of the name it was near water and first went to the outdoor Tiki Bar.
