I ordered WINGS!!!! It should be given, ONE!!!! Because you ordered wings?? They actually wanted to charge me for the first bleu cheese??? I would have paid extra if I wanted extra!!!! I think being in this industry this long?? You can’t even give your customers ONE sauce/dressing? When they’ve spent hundreds of dollars in your establishment , and that explains why you don’t have a repeat customer, I bought wings!!! I should have at least had one complimentary sauce?? FOR MY WINGS!!!! And yet, you want to charge me?? $1.00 for dressing that should come with the wings!!!! Unless, you want EXTRA!!!!! You should be given at least 2 dressings just for buying your shit!!! Done. And, no wonder you suck on reviews

I've been ordering delivery from here for the last few years. I order regularly. I've tried almost everything on the menu. Food is always great and hot. They don't skimp on toppings. Drivers are friendly. My favorite pizza place!

I ordered online. They got one of the pizza wrong. I had to sit and wait an additional 10 minutes even though I left 12 minutes after I ordered and it took me 5 minutes to get there. There was a dead roach in front of the chairs they make you wait at.

Ordered for pickup at 11:40, prepaid Still here at 12:20... I dared ask how long it would take and the guy making the pizza was extremely rude. This order was for a conference, with a start time. Another woman was here for her school classroom lunch order. She preordered as well. We're watching orders that were made after us go out the door over and over and over again. We're both way past extremely late for our jobs. This place is a joke.

Hands down the best dominoes! I frequent here a lot and the employees are all incredibility hard workers and do such a good job. They are constantly nonstop and get so many orders all the time at this location. This is a very busy location and my favorite pizza has been their specialty pizzas specifically the chicken bbq. I also love the Parmesan bites they are DELICIOUS! My order is always hot and fresh. I have never had a problem here with my order.

I’ve been ordering from this Dominoes for the better part of the last decade, and I’ve never once had an issue with my order… at least not that I can recall. :)
The food is always great - made and delivered with efficiency, and then handed over with a smile!
Pizza was not cooked all the way. One person in the store alone. Spoke with a manager, she did not even apologize. Offered to send a “gift certificate” thru the mail for my next order. Very disappointing.

We here at the Encore Gulf View Rv park order on line 29 large pizza's for March 20th. Time for delivery was supposed to be 4:30pm for we had a large group the was going to come in at that time. I went in that morning to reconfirm the order. The manager it seemed to be looked at a TV screen and said yes it's all in to drop at 3:30 then it would be delivered at around the 4:30 time At 3:30 my office received a call that the pizza's were 10 minutes out, because it was getting to busy and they had to fix our order ahead of time. Our order was already cold, when it was received, then by the time 4:30 got here they were all cold and the 100 or so guest had to eat cold pizza. I believe it was not right at all that our large order was changed will out our knowlement ahead of time . I should have refused to accept that order. Then all the order was supposed to be cut in pie shape. Each of our guest were to get two pie shape pieces. Only one pizza was cut that way. All the rest was cut very illreager , in small to medium size squares and triangles. Very , very poor service. We were trying them out because we generally have 3-4 orders a snowbird season for the amount. We will go else where. And the pizza's had not many toppings on them. Tipping has become ridiculous at take out places. You feel compelled to leave a tip when you aren't getting anything extra and you don't even know if your food was prepared correctly enough to know if a tip should even be warranted. I arrived to pick up my order and the debit machine, of course, wanted to know if I wanted to leave a tip. I decided to leave a "custom" tip of $1.00. On the next screen the tip changed to a 20% tip!! I cancelled the transaction and tried again, nope it changed it again to $4.20!! The guy waiting on me was getting impatient and came around and it also changed it for him too! I finally said I would give him a cash tip and pressed no tip on the debit machine. He snatched the dollar from my hand! No more tips from me. I am picking up my order, nobody is waiting on a table... why tip???

We order online today at Punta Gorda, RioVilla store, and only recieved 1 topping on a 3 topping pizza, that was cooked only pepperoni, at least that lady who took the payment should say sorry no olives no mushrooms and my other 4 topping pizza, no pineapple no onions. it's so crazy and even ask me to pay $21 she said it's with coupon otherwise pay more .they should have told me or email that they have no other toppings.- my husband, who has been in retail last 50 years, said " next time, refuse, and just leave pizzas"--- so unfair!-- ( really close to being against the law!)- they should have at LEAST offered them at 1/2 price!---everyone knows ii costs less than $3.00 to make a five topping pizza!
