I just ordered almost $17 worth of food and beverage. I ordered hashbrowns loaded and I asked them to add Sriracha. They did not add Sriracha. The bacon was burnt and the hashbrowns were cold. Also, the drink was not made properly and the sandwich. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was cold and thrown together poorly. I’ve never been to the Dunkin’ Donuts, and I will never go back and I’m contacting corporate. Because how am I gonna spend almost $17 and it be so terrible The sandwich was cold just don’t ever go there

I’d give zero if I could. People cut you off in the drive through line by going in the back entrance. Owner/staff clearly dont care. They couldn’t get an order right if you wrote it out. Line is stupid slow for coffee and doughnuts. Save the time and trouble and just go somewhere else.

They definitely don’t look happy to be there !! Lemonade taste like crap. I walked right up to him and said it didn’t taste good and I threw it in the trash and he just looked at me like I had two heads great customer service, Not.!!
