Had to repeat my order several times and they still got it wrong. It’s always something with this specific Dunkin. Missing items, incorrect orders, over cooked burnt food and or simply they just don’t have items on the menu

The staff are friendly and the DT lines are usually very quick. However, product availability is always inconsistent. The one thing that you can count on from this store is that on Saturday and Sunday, without fail they are out of product. I will be spending my money else where due to getting tater tots in a hash brown bowl consistently every weekend. The ordering manager needs a lesson on how to do a proper order. This has been going on for many months.

Slow service, dirty store. Parking lot is planned out wrong. If you park, when you leave you have to get in the drive thru line. So stupid !

Every time I order a breakfast sandwich, the bacon is burnt. The employees for some reason, put the donuts in the bag with the frosting facing down, so all the frosting is left in the bag and not on the donut.
