Food was cold at pickup. I also ordered a dozen donuts which they forgot then said they are almost out so they’d give me what they had left. We ordered chocolate Bavarian and biting into them realized they were lemon. No one ate them
I travel A LOT and Dunkin is my reliable go to. This particular Dunkin holds steadfast in my top 3 Dunkins. The staff is always friendly and my oder is always right. I have not had a bad experience or order from this location. One member at this location, Lainey, made a tough day better, which led me to leave a review. She is absolutely fantastic, as is the rest of the staff. 10/10
