We stopped in for breakfast after an early morning run to Winn Dixie next door. It was our first time here. The food was excellent. I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel on a garlic bagel. The food was fresh. It was so good. I highly recommend this place.

Empire Bagels is hands-down our favorite bagel spot! Their bagels are soft with the perfect slight chew, and they have just the right touch of sweetness. We usually go for their ham, egg & cheese on an onion bagel (so good!), but honestly even a plain bagel with butter is incredible. The staff is mostly young, but they’re always super pleasant and accommodating. Even when the store is busy—which it always is—they move quickly and get your order out fast. Great food, great service, and consistently fresh bagels. Highly recommend!

I’m from Jersey and really good bagels are hard to find everywhere. True NYers know that not all who say theirs are authentic NYC bagels are, IMHO, the real deal.
Empire Bagels is the exception, even importing NYC’s wonderful water, a required ingredient in any authentic bagel. You can order online for pickup at an appointed time. What’s not to like?
Try these bagels and you’ll never eat those icky frozen or bready genius puffy ones, if you know what I mean…
Closed Mondays. Order ahead as they do sell out.
Updating 3-days later: we had breakfast egg sandwiches when we stopped back for another takeout order. They were great and we will keep returning.

first time going into this place, cashier didn’t really seem like she was too happy, which is fine, it’s a weekend i get it. i wasn’t sure what kind of bagels they had and wasn’t offered any guidance but ended up figuring it out myself. i ordered 2 and after a few minutes was handed 2 cold bagels. not once was asked if i wanted them toasted, i did not know i was supposed to ask for bagels to be toasted, she didn’t ask either so by the time it was handed to me the cream cheese was already on them- didn’t ask her to fix it because placing the order itself felt like it was a bother. needless to say, wasted $10, didn’t even care to eat them.

They don't make a lot of bagels so get there early. The popular ones go fast.
Best bagels around this area.

The bagels taste exactly the same as the ones you can purchase from the grocery store and weren’t fresh at all. The vegetable cream cheese doesn’t look or taste like vegetable cream cheese - I’m not even sure what it is but I had to discard the bagel because I couldn’t eat it, it was so disgusting looking and tasted terrible. There was a piece of egg in my bagel with cream cheese, clearly cross contamination and lack of sanitation practices. My husband took a bite of his bacon egg and cheese and had to throw it out because he said it tasted like straight salt. Not to mention, this place is very expensive compared to other bagel shops. The air conditioner must have also broke because it was also extremely hot inside (way hotter than the already hot outside) upon walking in. I’m not knowledgeable of any type of labor laws but it doesn’t seem like it should be allowed to let workers work in that condition. I could barely breathe in there it was so hot and humid.

They’re the best. Everything is good and fresh. They have so many options. The staff is very friendly and hard working.

Was in today and older guy that works there told a lady she is at the wrong place when ordering avacado on her sandwich, because they don’t serve it. There is a better way to say you don’t have something…

Better bagels than Panera/dunkin/Manhattan and more options for sandwiches.

We come here often. But there selection is limited. We came on a Saturday. They had a very low supply of bagels and the popular ones were out. No coffee brewed. Out of bottled tea. Not sure why they are there. I thought it’s a bagel store. A bagel store out of bagels. Come on

First time visiting this bagel breakfast spot and it’s a shame. I was excited for a bagel shop near home, drive being less than 2 minutes from home. How ever for a 10 bagel it should be hot no ice cold and tbh no flavor. Had heard great things about this place and sadly since they open they have gone down hill! My wife and I took two bites of our bagels and threw them out.

Do not recommend.
