I've been here twice now. And let me say, ITS AMAZING. The food is always hot, fresh, and in big portions. Prepare to take a takeout box home. The service in both the resturant and the gift shop is amazing, very sweet people, very family-home like environment. Love this place, love the food, love the people!

What a find! A step back in time away from the hustle and bustle surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty. The fried shrimp and hush puppies were spot on!

It’s not much to look at but if you like deep fried southern comfort food then this is your place. You can get an eco tour and eat without ever needing to leave the property. Food is definitely worth the trip out of the way and it’s definitely an off the wall place.

Very good Gator Bites and the sauce is delicious!! BBQ pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and baked beans is good. Cornbread with butter and honey was good too.

We ate here after the Awesome eco tour. I had the shrimp poor boy sandwich with fries and my husband had the chilli with the gator bites. Breading was good and everything was fresh. Definitely would recommend.

Work up an appetite before coming here! A lengthy menu of choices. Many southern choices such as pulled pork, Grouper and collard greens. Servings were large and we were all four satisfied. I would have like my greens cooked longer. We had a tour first. But it's open till 2 for anyone.
Really really good food. Best Gator bites I have ever had. This place really is not your typical tourist trap snack bar. It is so much better than most regular restaurants!

Today was an amazing experience. We passed by on chance because of convenience. We thought well if the food isn't amazing at least will get a good scenic experience. Well let me tell you that the scenery ended up being the last thing on our minds. The food was beyond good to the point that I had to mention to the cook it was the absolute best flounder I had ever tasted ! My friend as you can tell from the pictures was also raving about how delicious the food was. As if that wasn't enough Rebecca ( the waitress) and Kerry ( The chef) were amazingly sweet, and attentive to us as consumers.In all honesty our experience couldn't have been better, because of this I now intend on establishing a habit of passing through this area hungry on purpose when I know I'm headed this way ?

Please update your online hours. I just drove 35 minutes to get something to eat and the place has a piece of paper on the window saying it is closed.super frustrating now i have to drive back and 1 hour to find a different place
