Arrived and went through the normal routine. Went to the bar to get soup for starters. The broccoli and cheese is my go to soup. It was brown as wood and crusty like it had been there half the day. I asked the guys at the grill if someone could change it as I wasn't the only one who thought it looked nasty. They said yes. So I got another plate and sat down to eat. When i finished i went to get the soup. As no surprise it hadn't been touched!!! Not even stirred. So i asked the two ladies at the bar if anyone was going to change the soup. They said they would tell the manager (Davika). So she comes and says she isn't changing the soup that it was put out at 7pm. Its now 7:30pm. Mind you it was like that when i arrived about 7:05pm. So there is no way that that soup looked like that in less than 20 minutes. She says " If you're gonna argue with me then I will refund your money and can leave!!!" The hell I am!! Not now. So i asked if she was a manager and she said yes. I told her so you are gonna kick me out because i said you lied about the soup. I will make sure i call your Supervisor tomorrow. Her answer was. " I don't care". All the food was good to ok. And my server was great ( Ashley, and Antonio were a big help as well) Thanks guys. NOW I KNOW WHY THIS PLACE IS CLOSING ITS DOORS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!! POELPE LOKE DAVIKA RUNNING THE PLACE.

Went there yesterday for the first time ever with my family and the lady with a low pony tail at the entrance was really rude.She didn’t help us or tell us what to do next at the entrance she was just staring at us like we were dumb with an angry face.Not professional at all.Don’t recommend 0/10.

They must have been short staff the night I went because there were a lot of tables that were left dirty, so there were limited spaces to sit. Was much on the dessert station. Everything was pretty much gone. It looked like it was sitting there too long!

All of the hot food was very cold. Was going to ask the server if she could heat the food up for me but she didn't stop long enough to ask her. I got a piece of fish and it was so cold and dried up you couldn't even bite into it. Was very disappointed and wasted 40.00. Never has this restaurant been discussing like that.

We love this place, the only complaint that I have is about some food is not warm enough when you go pick and just start to eat, example the fried fish when it is supposed to be warmer between eleven and twelve when we go to eat on weekends...thanks
