Tatiana greeted us as if we were old friends. She was fun, comical, and very thorough in her job. She fit right into the experience of the environment of the old English pubs. I would recommend requesting Tatiana if you visit the icehouse restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic. We were able to split a large salad for three people, and the steak sandwich was melted in your mouth. Go for the experience and leave as a friend. Enjoy!

My friends and I had Tatiana as our server and we absolutely loved her! She was so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating (and also sooo much fun :). I’ve literally never had better service!!

Frequent customer no more after unprofessional staff experience Waited over an hour for appetizers— fried pickles…Emily the waitress was laughing at us because I asked the manager Curtis why they charge for ketchup, ranch dressing and strawberry puree in a drink I ordered. They nickeled and dimed us and blamed the long wait on having short staff in the kitchen. Curtis said I had call outs and “this ain’t no Popeyes where we give away our sauces for free.” Unreal absolutely unprofessional and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mr John Berry the owner needs to replace Curtis and Emily who worked Sunday 12/29/24 between the hours of 1-4 pm. Give your business elsewhere. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Great English Pub atmosphere. The old Ice House building is very cool. The food is excellent. Had the Cottage Pie today... very tasty. Great menu with fish n chips and more. Lots of craft beers and they have a room for dart tournaments! Many dart boards. I really like this place!
Everytime we go to the Icehouse they are out of the Charcuterie Board no matter what time we go, the shambles was a burnt piece hamburger a little gravy and a lot of mushrooms wasn't tasty at all, the cottage pie was mostly mashed potatoes with hardly any gravy or meat and the portions were smaller . It will be a while before we go back.

Slow slow slow. 40 minutes before we got appetizer and have to beg to get a beer. People that sat next to us and walked in at the same time finished eating before we got an appetizer. Food was good but damn give me some service.
