We’ve been here a few times, and it always seems like they’re a bit understaffed—usually just one waitress covering the entire restaurant. Even so, she handles everything effortlessly and never misses a beat. I wish I could remember her name because she’s been our server every time, and she’s absolutely fantastic. The food is great too, but it’s the outstanding service that really sets this iHOP apart from the rest.
