Absolutely delightful experience!!! Now, this is TRUE Italian hospitality!! We were personally greeted by the GM himself, Phil ‘Felice’ - it means ‘happy’ in Italian) and he truly made our experience a happy one! The food was outstanding, and so was our waiter’s service. The dining are is very spacious, in fact I am already thinking of organizing some of our trademark ‘Serata Italiana’ events there some time down the line. Kudos to Felice and staff for such a wonderful experience. We’ll be back!!

This place is always a treat. Servers are all excellent, Dottie especially. The food is consistently better than the “other” Italian place in PG and you can actually get a reservation today at Italia. (The “other” PG Italian place ??? you’d better plan a few weeks ahead to get their mediocre food.) Italia knows how to treat patrons. They have an excellent locally sourced sausage and the pasta is exceptional.

Absolutely love this restaurant!!! We hadn't been last year so was happy to get there this year. They have gf options & the gf rolls paired with their olive oil mixture is so yummy. I had the salmon piccata & it was A-MAZ-ING!!! my friends had lasagna roll which was also extremely good. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant & the only reason not 4 stars was our server was not as attentive as we've had in the past but at least they had help there. Can't wait to go back.

We had the Pot Roast Italiano... superb! Best pot roast we've found... better than Mom's! Also tried the chicken marsala... very good. We will definitely be back.

Ready to accommodate most requests and very happy to see the recovery after the horrific damage from the hurricanes. We are fortunate to have this consistently delightful restaurant operated by owners who take pride and work along side with their employees.

One of the best restaurants in Punta Gorda. All the staff is amazing. It is great to see the owners Diane and Doug there all the time and always make time to say hi to everyone. You need to try the “Duke of Soups” specials, everyone I tried was fantastic. I also need to mention we go to Italia every Friday night and always look forward to it. Keep up the great work team

Parking: Easy parking in the garage right behind the restaurant
Veal Marsala was the worst I have ever had. No flavor and the sauce was more like gravy. Poor quality veal. Service was not good and the restaurant was extremely loud....Not going back again...

Where to even begin? The place was open later for New Years Eve. The atmosphere, very settling for the restaurant. The staff all very friendly. The bread and oil they provide tasteful and wonderfully crunchy and soft. But truly, the real reason for this review, I love chicken franchese but it’s not on the menu.. I was fully dedicated to ordering something else on their menu but my boyfriend put a thought in my idea of asking if they could maybe make it for me, what’s the worse they could say? No.. I have to order what I already was going to order. But they let me know that the chef will gladly make it for me and my daughter. Made from scratch, sauce from scratch. I cannot thank the chef, the waiter and the owner enough for making this dinning experience amazing. 5/5 recommend.

Really some of the finest Italian cuisine I have had in awhile. The preparation and presentation was so good, i would go back for that. Server left us for probably 15 minutes before we even had water. Water refresh was not on her mind. My wife thought the staff needed training. We waited longer for everything it seemed.
The table was tight. We had to move it to get comfortable. Sound was loud..need to work on acoustics and staff training imo.
Having said all that, my hats off to the chef. He saved our evening to be honest, so we may go back to this place when in PG.

Poor excuse for Italian food. I ordered chicken Marsala chicken consisted of two chicken tenders with tendons running through it. The Marsala sauce was watery and no taste. Will never go back! Olive Garden is better which is saying much.
