Incredibly disappointing recent experiences at this location. Terrible wait times on carry out. Have regularly had to wait 10-15 minutes past pick up times for app orders, recently 30 minutes. I would much rather go to the Port charlotte location these days

Supposed to have cheese. Must be a tuna shortage. They really use it like there is. I don't like lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. I'm not sure whose fault that is mine or theirs. But either way this sandwich isn't worth 11 dollars. Had I paid 3 dollars I probably would've felt okay. But for 11 dollars stay away from the tuna. It'd be better made at home, for $1.50. 60 dollars in sandwiches. Over priced and not great taste.

Place is small, the girl took my order wrong, came out with a sub not toasted like asked for and size was wrong. Then cashed out and didnt charge me for the sub I ordered. Employees not capable of handling a minimum wage job. Manager sucks too

Food was great, accommodating staff with our requests.

I'd suggest that there be a more clear order station.

The staff was behind glass and there was music blaring across the shop. I couldn't hear myself think no less hear the staff that were trying to talk to me. They did turn it down and we had a nice chat while they made my sandwiches.

I went to get a sandwich yesterday and Dillon greeted me kindly as I entered and had very good customer service qualities and was very responsive with the order of the Swiss mushroom sandwich and a young man with red hair cooking in the back also took the time to add extra veggies without any complaints because I forgot to let them know. Very helpful and clean environment; positive energy! Food was good!

Angle and Billy were nothing short of amazing! If you have a special order or just off the menu this is the place and these are your guys! Friendly fast and welcoming with a very clean restaurant at that!
