Over priced food. Meat. Poor quality. ( Chicken). Beef - never had. Fish. Avg. Very little. Fish. N meat on tacos. Waitress - I had to ask who it was. I had to catch her to take my order. Salsa. Like thick tomatoes sauce. I added sweetener to it. ( Make it sweeter). Waitress. Ruby. Takes her tip out of ur bill, she doesn't tell u n decides her tip. I confronted her. N got my $ back. . My lunch total 28$. Plus tip. Not included. I'm 1 person. Never be bk. Was going to place police report. Actually. Phoned. Then hung up

The restaurant is very beautiful and cozy, its food is very delicious. The service in general is wonderful. But what I like the most are the big daddy margaritas, and Blue Berry margaritas.

The Burnt Store location showed open today, April 8, 2024. I drove there only to see a sign on the door saying that they are closed this week. I made a special trip because their site showed it was open. That’s an unprofessional way to run a restaurant.

Wasn't impressed with place. The one in PC is better.
Deceiving pricing on drink. Menu indicated you could upgrade from a regular size margarita to a medium for $5 and to a monster size for 10. The margarita we ordered was $11. We upgraded to the monster. The price should have been 21. We were charger $26. Spoke to the manager. He initially said wasn't the drink worth 26. I said that wasn't the issue. He said the price was 26 because the regular margarita was $11 plus 5 to upgrade to medium then another 10 to upgrade to monster size. 2 upgrade charges! That totaled 26. I said the price should have been 21. I told him this was not stated on the menu and I felt mislead. . I said from a customer's viewpoint this was misleading. .

This is my second visit. The first list I was very happy. This visit I was not at all pleased. The first thing I would like to bring attention to is the price I was charged on my bill was 2 dollars higher than the posted menu price. I think this is inexcusable and should never happen. When brought to their attention after they ran my card they did hand me 2 dollars in cash. Now I will cover the rest of the visit. Shortly after we were sat the guacamole girl came by and made the most delicious guacamole she was very nice and the guacamole was delicious after us eating the whole bowl with the chips we were thirsty we still didn't see our waitress. I finally went and found the guacamole girl and asked her to bring us 2 waters she quickly did and at that time the waitress showed up for our orders. We both ordered and the wait was longer than we expected but that's OK. The food was served and presentation looked good. I ordered 3 tacos my husband had huevos ranchero eggs over easy the eggs were well done. He wasn't impressed and wouldn't order it again. My tacos were good. We had to flag down the waitress for water refills. The experience at this point wasn't near the first experience we had here. When the bill arrived and the price was different than printed on the menu I was no longer a happy customer.

I'm stamping 4.0 ⭐️ on this Mexican spot. The place was busy with many snowbirds; would like to see if the food is different when they head back north - there's a reason why. Now don't get me wrong, what we ordered was pretty good. My Shrimp Quesadilla was good, had good flavor but a Quesadilla is supposed to have.. well, queso (cheese). Looks to have only been sprinkled in, as though it was fine in a rush. My wife's Aguachile was way too acidic, so she swapped for the Shrimp Quesadilla which she liked as well but again lacking the cheese like mine.The enchiladas and rice had good flavor as well. However the refried beans were lacking flavor and too pasty. The sopes were good as well.For drinks, we had the Blackberry Margarita which was good but had too much ice and quickly became diluted. The Jamaica was really good and the Horchata was great! Wife's Michelada was really good, as she claimed. Service was really good. Overall I would try them again.
