The McDonald’s in Punta Gorda has a beautiful interior and exterior and a modern, inviting atmosphere, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bathrooms were very dirty, and many of the tables and the floor hadn’t been cleaned. It really takes away from the overall experience.
There’s no excuse for this restaurant to be dirty at 6 AM. That’s when it should be its cleanest.
We also ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel with no onions and no breakfast sauce, and it seemed like a very difficult request for the staff to process. It required multiple clarifications.
There’s potential here, but attention to cleanliness and better communication on custom orders would make a big difference.

Rude staff, i ordered a sweet tea & it didn’t have enough ice in it, i asked for a cup of ice and the lady told me id have to go back through the drive through line to get it. I just left because i was already in line for 15 minutes waiting for a Tea. Never have been told No to a cup of ice when I’m a purchasing customer who waited in line.

I pulled up to speaker at 430a, at 438 nobody had acknowledged me nor came over speaker to help me. I decide to pull off as i need to get to work and already wasted almost 10 min, i leave and see 2 ppl just standing around. This location is getting worse!! My employees would NEVER do that. Management needs to do better, cuz one the people standing there was a manager!!

Excellent. I hate Fast Food, however, I was desperate to have ice cream on hot Florida day. I called to see if the ice cream machine was broken, which is 70% .... but The lovely lady on the phone stated that the ice cream machine is operation. I pull the freeway, walked in ... the place was spotless, fast service... smelled good. I couldn't figure out how to use self service machine, and a lovely lady up front took my order. Fast!! Ice cream was delicious. 5 star to well run place!!!

We got there in the morning And it would probably be clean, but no, there was shit and piss EVERYWHERE in the bathroom it was extremely unsanitary
Always of overcooked food. When it was cheaper you could let that pass. Now that they charge more than all competitors it should have some quality. Both my husband and I worked for Mcd for years, so I know they start with quality products the buck stops with mngmnt.

I've been hearing so many crazy things about the atmosphere at McDonald's and some of them are out of control this is not one. it was clean, staff that waited on me was courteous polite . There were several 18 to 25 year olds they were all mind in their business
