I would like to thank them for making this the last time we eat here. The only thing they got right was the drinks. The food is cold, the amount of fries in the large containers equal small, even messed up the patties on the bigmac their main burger.

Food was fine, went because my grandson was visiting otherwise I would not have gone.
Young girl took our order,
waited and waited, walked up to the screen to see when our order was going to be done, WASN'T EVEN ON THE SCREEN
I got there just in time to see this manager give a happy meal and bag to someone else, few minutes later, the same guy came up said you gave me the wrong order, that's when I spoke up.
the manager took it and gave it to me? Not supposed to do that

Came here 2 am for my lunch break and the lady at the window looked like she was on crack,she gave me an attitude when ordering and gave me an attitude when I asked her to correct it Nicely and wanted to charge me extra for what I had asked for when I already paid ,I have worked in fast food and even if I have had a terrible shift I never rolled my eyes to customers,please do better

The food was fine and we got everything we ordered, my issue is. The general manager Laura, an employee rang somone up for 1 to many sandwiches the, the man caught it right after he paid. So the woman working the service counter said I’m so sorry I have to get my manger to do the refund. The manger came over extremely loudly scolding the employee for making a minor mistake then continued to complain about how “I just got here today and I’m already doing a refund I’m not doing this all day so get your shit together” infront of a packed counter line because it’s new years and the drive through was out the parking lot and the counter line was too the door. It was completely unprofessional and extremely terrible to see as a customer. I see why they now have the “hiring general manager” sign in the drive way because Laura is a horrible to her workers and you guys need a new GM
