Placed an online order. Arrived to pick up the food and was told it would be ready in a few moments. Staff asked for my name. About 15 minutes later, they asked for my name once again and realize my food has been sitting there the whole time.

No menus, had to go online on our phone to order. Get your own silverware, drinks, plates and napkins, had to ask for extra parmesean, salt and peppers--twice. Finally brought them with a little serving cup with salt poured in it. Worst Pizza Hut we have ever been in.

It's not worth trying to fill out an application to apply here for your first job or at all. Their website got me so frustrated to the point where I had to make a comment just about it, and I never write comments or give reviews about anything. You have to pay if you haven't already to get an PDF filler just to apply as a delivery driver. I'm here to make money not to give money just to work there. Please fix your website.

Went to Papa John's and was unimpressed by the run-down down worn out depressing atmosphere and the manager who couldn't even tell me of any carry out specials. Was told to go on-line. How pathetic that the manager who was standing infront of me didnt even know what the store specials were.

Walked out and went to Hungry Howies. WOW. Totally opposite. Clean, neat, squared away and comfortable atmosphere. Carry out specials listed in plain view. Food hot and good. Highly suggest!

The pizza was a small and we ordered a medium. We ordered hand tossed and we got thin crust. We were charged a delivery fee plus they wanted a tip. The customer service people are located in the Philippines. The whole process SUCKS!We will not order from them again and we will tell EVERYONE WE KNOW YOU SUCK!

I’ve been ordering pizza from here for a few years and always liked them. Yesterday I ordered a large pizza for delivery and it was over an hour and still no pizza. When I called the person that answered was very rude and said I should get it soon. When it finally showed up it was not the quality it used to be. Very few topping, it was supposed to be the works., but it was mostly tomato sauce and cheese. So disappointing!

I order a couple times a year and the order gets mixed up more times than not. Today I ordered 4 items, and 2 were wrong. The 2 wrong items had 2 separate names and address on them! The pizza was not up to PJ standards for sure. I give up on this location.

The last two pizzas have been complete abominations and don't deserve to be called pizza. Got one that was 90% crust with a dollop of toppings thrown in the middle. The next one while not all crust was again a dollop of toppings thrown in the middle. Absolutely not worth the money they charge.
