This was by far the BEST Italian food we've ever had. My husband is Italian and from the northeast, and we were so impressed!! The owner is extremely accommodating and generous. We came in late as we were passing by heading south on the highway, and we were so happy we did. I had the chicken marsala which was cooked to perfection. The eggplant parm and gnocchi with bolognese were fantastic. My youngest son had the spaghetti and meatballs. They were the best meatballs we've ever had!!! Everything was delicious! We ended the evening with a delectable slice of tiramisu. We live more than an hour away, but we will be back for sure. This place is amazing!!

Will not be back…reservation at 6:30PM dinner served at 9PM. They don’t care. No communication. Waste of time and money. All the hype about nothing. The food was not extraordinary. Portion size skimpy. Do not go. Better places to eat Italian food in Punta Gorda.

From New Jersey, this is the best Italian food I’ve had down here period. Only 6 tables, food made from scratch by Italians! Great place for family or first date.

A true family run restaurant with outstanding food , homemade pasta and some of the best veal parmigiana anywhere. The prices are extremely reasonable one of the best values around. I've actually tried just about everything on the menu and absolutely loved every dish. Now as far as ambiance goes it's very small only a few tables lots of boxes of wine and Robert the owner and only server will help you choose the right bottle to pair with your meal and what it lacks in ambiance it more then makes up in flavor. Now sit back and relax enjoy a great bottle of wine while Robert's wife & son prepare your home cooked meal. If you love good Italian food you definitely owe it to yourself to check this place out.

We tried. Place was empty at 4:45. Asked of we had reservations which we did not. Said they had no room. Oh well, took my $100 and left. Hope all their reservations show up.

Was not even allowed to stay inside asked if I had a reservation, since I did not have one, was told you need a reservation, call the number and we'll see if we can make a reservation for you. ( very unwelcoming for a first time visiting your business). Maybe because I was in my work clothes. Plenty of other local businesses close by that appreciate everyone equally.

You will have an excellent meal in the tiny little road side restaurant. Reservations are a must as there are only about 8 tables. It's cozy and there isn't a lot of ambiance but the food is excellent. It's a family run operation; husband and wife and their son. Be patient, everything is cooked to order and there is only one server. I had lasagna which is made with homemade pasta. It was every bit as good as my mother in laws who was born in Padova. Many nice Italian wines to choose from. There is no bar.

have been here 2 times with our friends. I’ve heard it is difficult to get a reservation, but i think that is just testament to how AMAZING their homemade food is. this is not olive garden nor anything like you have had before, it’s an experience and a wonderful one. The wine is fantastic, the food amazing, and the family who runs this is wonderful.
