Pioneers Pizza Punta Gorda

Ordered online for pick up. Was emailed it would be ready at 6:24, I arrived at 6:30 & they hadn’t even started it yet. Very frustrating when you have another order of groceries (ice cream) that you picked up before that so pizza would be hot & ice cream not melted. I tipped to of course.🤬

I’m from Pennsylvania. Best pizza around this pizza very good. Taste like back at home. Very hard to find great pizza place like this in Florida.

5pm and we were the only party. I ordered a strawberry margarita. It was handed to me with no garnish and the alcohols separated. I asked the waitress to ask the bar tender to shake it. She went to the bar and the bartender, Brandy I believe, had to stand up from her barstool where she sat eating her meal. I watched her pour the drink into the shaker and pour it right back into the glass. The waitress brought it back. It was gross. The breadsticks and the “toast” for the bruschetta were soft and doughy. It was disappointing considering it was impossible the kitchen was backed up.
Our server was wonderful! She was attentive, friendly and funny! The pizza, calzone and the wings were great!

We used to love this place. It just seems like the pizza is going down hill. Don’t know why but the last few times we have been there it just wasn’t the same. We have been going there for many years. I think we are done there are a lot of other pizza options.

Love this place. Great food and servce. We've had a different waitress every visit and they have all been top notch. Pizza is really good, but the stromboli is my favorite. Not stingy on their wine pours either.

Excellent experience even ordering to go. The pizza was perfect, exactly how I asked for it fresh, delicious, and made with high quality ingredients. The order was ready on time and everything was in great condition. Definitely one of my favorite places for pizza. They always keep the quality consistent!

I got a delivery on a pizza $40 shows up cold and crust is so thin that it was mush..

Ate pizza, it was good.. on c e we were about to leave, there was a cockroack crawling on the table.. I'm glad we ate while it wasn't on there. Im sure that we wont be coming back...

8 of us went there for supper last week and waited 2 hours for our pizzas. Everyone was finished eating before the last pizza came out. I heard this place was having issues but now I can say yes it does. Poor service and late and cold food. This used to be a good place to eat but not anymore. New owners?New management? Not sure.

We ordered from here for one of our holiday work lunches. Highly dissatisfied and disappointing . Insisted it wouldn’t be ready until a certain time . I picked up at that time and assumed the best , didn’t look inside (mistake). Got to work ; 3 minutes away . Tasted like day old pizza . All medical staff was disappointed. They offered a 1/3 price gift card. Never this location again!

We ordered 2 chicken Parm dinners, and it was delicious! The only issue was that that pasta could use a little more sauce. It was just a bit dry. That was our only complaint.
