Hanna was my server, best service ever! great personality and amazing attitude! im very specific with my order and her and the kitchen nailed it! i love me a big stromboli. LIVE LOVE LAUGH STROMBOLI 🫶🏼 was so amazing & i got a cannoli to go for dessert ! 10/10 stars

Wish I would have read the review 1st. Food was ok. Service was only present. She never gave her name, she never had a conversation with us, just dropped drinks and food off. Never had a smile was like she didn't want to be there. The bill comes, before she asked if we ere done. Had to ask for a box, gave attidue when asking for it. Then when I left her 70 on 68 she questioned it. THERE WAS NEVER SERVICE GIVEN TO US FOR YOU TO RECIEVE GRATUITY. Only reason I know her name Tiffany S. Is from the bill. Smh. Glad that build sold and is getting replaced by the gettel. WONT BE BACK

Decided to try a new place. We went in were immediately shown to a table. The waitress answered our questions and explained things well. Our only disappointment was that fresh mozzarella was only available on one of the pizzas, a taste we really enjoyed while in Italy. The pie we had was quite good.

The worst experience at this place. We had a party of 7. Almost all of our dishes came out wrong. I ordered a calzone and it came without ricotta cheese we barely touched the calzone and didn’t even bother taking it home. A friend of mine ordered a pizza. They forgot to put the red sauce on the pizza and gave him the whole pie with red sauce on the side Which left all of us so surprised that they would even bring that out to us, my other friend ordered a burger, asked for No tomatoes, but ended up getting nothing else on burger just meat and cheese And it was not cooked the way he asked for it to be cooked. Another friend’s pizza came out with all the toppings thrown on one side of the pizza. We addressed all our problems to the waitress. She was very polite, but I’m surprised that not even a manager came to apologize to our table for all the messed up food. Never offered a discount or anything. We were all very dissatisfied with our food about a day later we all had stomachaches from eating at that place also. We all agreed we would never eat there again.

The pizza slice I ordered tonight was just okay . However, the bartender Josh, made up for it. He was very friendly, had a great sense of humor, and made us feel very welcomed and that is much appreciated!

Excellent wings. Excellent blue cheese and ranch. But we got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and although it had plenty of good toppings it was super dry like it didn't even have any sauce

Did not like the experience at all this time around. I have been here on several occasions prior to this time and it has always been a great one. This time around, the service was mediocre at best. The server was very casual about taking our order and gave the vibe that he really didn't want to be there at that time. The place was empty, it was literally just us there. Every time before this there was always a fair amount of people inside the establishment. We ordered a few different items and they were all pretty bad. My pizza was burned underneath. Another plate had no taste at all. The vibe we received from this visit is that it appears the restaurant was in trouble and it was a matter of time before they may go out of business. There was no sense of urgency from the people working and it felt like they almost didn't care if we were there. This was definitely our last visit to this establishment. It had been a long time since we had a totally negative experience like this one.

We have been to this location a few times, the Pizza has always been good, the only thing is the air conditioning is NOT so good. We have been going to their smaller location because of this.

This place has always been good especially in the beginning lately I noticed it has changed a little depending on who is making the pizza. There is a gentleman by the name of Josh he is the best Pizza is top notch cooked to perfection taste consistent thank you Josh

We were immediately seated after entering but then it all went downhill .Service was slow and we really never knew who was supposed to be our server. The girl who took our drink order left and didn't come back. Another server finally noticed us just sitting there forever and ask about our drinks and we told her that we'd been waiting a long time and had ordered them but the girl never came back. A table behind us was complaining that they actually got their entrees before they received their salads . The server was trying to convince them that that was okay but I'm not sure how that worked out. They did not seem happy .I also noticed that they were running food to tables and had no idea who ordered what and were leaving out important ingredients like sauces etc. That the guests had to get back up and ask for. Guests at other tables kept getting up from the table and walking back to the expo line and asking just anyone they could find for help with drink reorders, asking for checks it was very disorganized. Hopefully it was just a fluke. They seem to have plenty of staff there. I'm not sure what the problem was. Things seemed to be really hectic for no apparent reason.

Had to go in back to get containers for leftovers
Go to Monty’s instead
At least you will get served
