Worst place ever!!!! My family and I have NEVER been treated so poorly by an establishment. My aunt has been here many times and couldn’t wait to take us. When we arrived, the host wanted to seat the 3 of us at a 2 person table. It was tiny and would never give us enough room for three dishes and extras. We said we would wait. My aunt started to talk to him when I left. I came back to hear him telling a group of customers she is a “loca chica.” This means “crazy lady/girl.” How dare him show such disrespect!!!! When I told him he was being rude and that I knew what he said, he stated he wasn’t talking to me. He shared that he was talking privately to his friends. Yes…about my elderly aunt. He went on to say I speak English and shouldn’t know other languages. Disgusting! What bias! I take pride in knowing that I can communicate with people of Hispanic backgrounds. The man stalked and chased us out of the restaurant yelling at us in FRONT of his customers telling us to leave. He told us to never come back. For what? Because we asked to wait for a table? WE DID NOTHING WRONG. He gave us a table that would not fit us and we simply said we would wait. He got upset and lashed out. He had no right to call any of us loca (crazy). We were about to spend a couple of hundred dollars at his place. The absolute disrespect he showed us was unacceptable. I am so upset by my experience and had to share. A simple apology or explanation to why he got mad would have settled it. Instead, he chose to humiliate us. It was unbearable. To treat us like garbage, in front of customers, because I called him out on making fun of an elderly women (80s) was absolutely horrifying. To mock me because I am English person who knows Spanish was sickening. I am sure I am not the only customer he lost from this experience. Customers looked on at him making a spectacle of himself. Spend your hard money somewhere else where it will be appreciated. This man does not deserve the business and should be run out of town. After we left, we went to another Italian place in town in which the owners and staff couldn’t have been sweeter.

The atmosphere is amazing. The house is from the 1900s with hardwood floors. We had the prosciutto rollatini For our appetizer and they were out of this world cooked in the wood oven. My wife had the Branzino Special and she loved it and I had The pizza special with the roasted peppers they make in the kitchen and it was out of this world. The server suggested a blend from Sicily that was just what we were looking for for the wine.

Great find! We are staying in the Punta Gorda area for a month. Pizza and everything we had is delicious. Came back a few times since the food is fantastic and great vibes. Oh and then right after dinner, go the dessert shop! Right next door! Can’t beat it.

Way over priced pizza for the size you get. Not impressed at all. What a chimsy little pizza 😢
Edit: finished eating the pizza and we are still hungry and now having to go to 7/11 to get one of their pizzas to fill the emptiness. Never experienced being hungry still after a pizza split between myself and my husband before yet we spent more than average on it.

We had a reservation and when we arrived, they sat us right away and the table had our name on it. Our server was excellent, even as the tables filled up and she was managing many tables. We had garlic knots and two pizzas. It was all delicious. Plenty of leftovers too take home, yum! We will definitely go back.

Terrible service and terribly overpriced food! Mom and I had lunch there. We should have known something was wrong because there were no other customers in the place. First we ordered iced tea that was so watered down, it might as well have been plain water. The waitress said they had problems with their iced tea. She brought a new batch of tea but it was still undrinkable. Then we ordered a 13 inch specialty pizza with chicken, red onions and gorganzola cheese which was decent. But we were charged $28.00 for just a 13 inch pizza. Seemed like the waitress had it in for us because she never even offered other drinks. I won't go back again. Disappointed.
