Great Service, Food is always good!!

My new favorite restaurant!! Great food. Fantastic service. Great beer selection. Great views.

I have eaten here a few times, always a pleasant experience. Went tonight for a family dinner. Our Server was Shawn, Marine Veteran. He was amazing! Very engaging, friendly and knowledgeable about the many dishes. We really enjoyed our meal.

We are a born and raised local family! Tiffany was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing! So sweet and kind! We also had a younger girl bussing tables who was as sweet as can be and brought our boys fish food! Only issue we had was my husbands fish was cold and rubbery. They remade his order and the food was yummy!

We asked for a table in shade, got put in direct sunlight. Normally the service is decent but today. Wow. No silverware. Had to ask for that. Only saw the waitress one time the whole meal had to get silverware and drinks myself.

We have been regulars at Village Brewhouse for the past couple of years and have never had a problem until today. When I take a family member with dementia to restaurants in Charlotte County, I always ask for a kids menu because she has a very small appetite and typically prefers child friendly foods. It has never been a problem, even at this restaurant, until today. Today, the manager refused to allow us to order for her from the kids menu and told me I could just order her a side salad. Unwilling to make a reasonable accommodation and definitely not disability friendly. Very disappointing!! Our server was wonderful with my family member and very apologetic so she gets 5 stars!

Came here after a sunset cruise. Was seated immediately but took forever to get our drinks and to place our food order. Food was out fast but only warm. Kept having to find our waitress which is very annoying since they were not busy. Only bright spot was the musician they had playing outside. He was fantastic!

What a day! We did a quick pit stop, had a few Painkillers (super yummy), a Buffalo Breath salad, an open faced Carnitas sandwich with great seasoned fries, and the best for last, a fresh tuna wrap sandwich with sweet potato fries. The staff was great, super attentive without interrupting but definitely ensuring we were taken care of. Yep, we will definitely be back… soon!
