A Disastrous Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This coffee shop is an absolute disgrace. From the moment I walked in, I was met with passive-aggressive and downright rude service. The attendants acted like I was inconveniencing them just by existing, let alone ordering something.

I foolishly ordered tea, thinking it would be a simple, enjoyable experience. Instead, I was charged a ridiculous $7 for two tiny cups—and to make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge extra for sugar. When I questioned this absurd fee, the employee justified it by saying the sweetener they use comes from a squirt bottle. Seriously? Since when does pressing a nozzle warrant an upcharge?

And the tea itself? Pulled straight from a refrigerator and poured out of a pitcher that looked like the same one my mother uses to make Kool-Aid. Not freshly brewed, not even properly prepared—just lukewarm disappointment ladled out like it was made in someone’s kitchen five days ago.

For what I paid, I expected quality and service, but instead, I got overpriced, stale tea served with a side of attitude. This place clearly thrives on gouging customers while treating them like an inconvenience. There are countless better options where you’ll actually be respected and get what you pay for.

Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else!

The woman working behind the counter is rude and tried to give me ice cream that looked MELTED and dumped back into the pail! I told her it’s melted and she didn’t say anything. Then, I asked if I could get the non-melted ice cream instead (which was in same pail but to the side of the melted ice cream). She obliged but with an attitude. Didn’t say anything. No apology, nothing. Like who is going to accept a melted ice cream scoop in a cup?! It should be tossed!! And not mixed in with the other frozen ice cream that’s in the pail. Food safety hazard?? Won’t be going back. This was the 2nd time I gave this place a chance. The 1st time the service was bad, but I decided to go back and give them another chance. They lost my business permanently now

Great ice cream and coffee! Always very friendly service too ?

Ice cream, shakes, and malts were good. Portions were decent given the pricing. Service was friendly and just a minor wait through the line to order on a busy evening.

Why did I get my milkshake in a coffee cup? It’s very watered down, the lady who was serving us was chewing her gum so loud with her mouth open the whole time. Inappropriate. Will never buy here again. Do better. 6/14 7:13
