Came thru the drive thru and had our order taken by Michelle. She rang one of my drinks wrong and when my husband tried to tell her he wanted a Venti, she said “well you ordered a grande” in a rude tone. He also wanted extra ice and she rang light ice and when we tried to tell her that she said “so, what you want me to put it in a venti cup?” So he left and wanted to try to drink the incorrect drink because he didnt want to make a big deal out of it. He didn’t like it so I brought it back and asked for it to be remade and saw Michelle again. She asked what drink I wanted and I ordered the same drink again. She then said “and what was wrong with the one you got?” Again in a confrontational tone. I told her we got wrong size and light ice instead of extra and she said “oooookay, and you came through THIS drive thru?” We all know it doesn’t matter what starbucks I went to but it was literally 20 minutes later in the same starbucks. Really didn’t appreciate her vibe the whole transaction. Customers deserve to have a drink they would enjoy for $9.

Friendly and patient staff. Always greeted with a friendly welcome and staff don’t make you feel rushed while placing your order. I appreciate the great customer service this location has consistently provided. The bacon and gruyere egg bites are a great option for high protein and always hit the spot. You never have to beg for napkins or straws.

I wish that they would learn how to make the drinks as ordered and fill them to the top. It’s like they half ass the online orders. What am I paying this $10 for when it’s literally like licking the bottom of a coffee pot? What am I paying this $10 for a coffee for if you can’t even make it right?Every time I order a drink here it’s half full every single time. I don’t have this problem at any other location, but this one.
