I always get the matcha with almond milk. Sometimes hot sometimes color. The service here was good. The reason I only give 4 stars, the cost to beverage ratio an issue for me.

There are 7 people working and everyone but one person is making drinks. One is wiping the counter. This has to be the most unorganized starbucks i have ever been to. It wasn't until they had 4 people waiting for drinks that they had one other person start making drinks. The other 5 were still doing nothing.

We had never been to this starbucks location previously, we were just passing by on a drive up north, but we were absolutely blown away by the friendlyness of the staff. We will have to make it a point to stop at this location more often. I can’t recommend this location enough!! The staff is amazing!!!

My dog, Buddy, and I give 5 stars on every visit! If we don’t go at 8am, at 3pm, Buddy whines and goes to the garage door. He’s so happy on the way there and whines, again, when I order and he can smell Starbucks! He’s drooling when we get to the window and Barista Keegan gives him his Pup Cup! He licks a little a grabs the cup to finish it. My iced Americana is delicious, but I don’t drool! All the items have always been consistent, with never a problem. Always clean, but the most impressive are the happy and knowledgeable Baristas! THANK YOU!

I travel a lot for work, and this is the best Starbucks from St. Pete to Naples. The employees are so kind, they genuinely care about their customers and I always feel welcome. It's understandable that some locations have their off days, but I have never come here and had a bad experience. I would go out of my way to hit this location instead.

We went through the drive through and Dee was the one who took our order. She was absolutely amazing! We came extremely unprepared and requested semi difficult orders and she was nothing but patient, accommodating, and delightful! She also Had a bright smile the whole time and made us feel better when we were embarrassed about how much of a mess we were!
