Best patio in the area to sit at probably of not just coffee places but any place that's not a park. Lived here a long time and not sure why parking in that area is so hard to come by. Not really any stores I personally use or even think are that popular in this area, other than whatever bank is there and I think a dollar tree. But Starbucks is large inside, in a new building, and a nice wooden large patio with palm trees all around.Parking: A lot of cars especially for punta Gorda and for that plaza, u will find a spot just might take 3 or 4 aisles and may have a little bit of a walk. Also a few cars in that small area can make traffic slow in parking lot.

Over 18 minutes for a Cafe mocha is insane.And they purposefully make the drive thru line back up at the intercom so they can truck their timer into thinking they're being fast, but what they're really doing is backing the drive thru line up into traffic.This is the slowest starbucks I've ever been to.

I Arrived at 10:38 with nobody in line. I ordered my drink and waited 16 mins for a single hand crafted beverage. This is the second time this week it had happened to me. They care more about drive thru drinks then people in the store I've come to realize.Besides that drinks are made good and it's very clean. The service needs to be better

I have only been here once. I placed a mobile order to this location as it was the closest one to a meeting that I was attending at the Charlotte Harbor Event Center. My order was ready before the promised time. The employees immediately greeted me and made sure I knew where to pick up my order when they found out it was a mobile order. The store was clean. My drink was made to order. They had plenty of merchandise in stock and there were no long lines. This location must get a lot of traffic throughout the day with their location along a major road, in a busy strip mall. If I am ever headed south again, I will definitely stop here and grab a coffee.
I have always been a Dunkin girl but after moving to PG and giving them a couple of tries, I just kind of stopped going (parking lot is horribly designed, light ice is always excessive ice, etc).I decided to give Starbucks a go and was surprised at the difference. Stephanie is usually the order taker and she’s like the friendliest person I’ve ever heard lol! By the time you get to the window your order is already ready. It’s a quick moving line which is important when you gotta get to work. I’ll keep coming back.

I work next store so I’m here at Starbucks at least 6 days outta the week. I order the same shaken espresso every morning and it always taste great and always ready on time. The place is always clean and the staff are awesome! Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work!
