We went in at lunch time today they were very busy these two beautiful ladies were very happy and said hello to everybody that walked in the door and they were very efficient got us in and out quick. Ordered a toasted sub… received a chewy un-toasted sub… they said all they can do is refund us if I bring it back… so we will toast it ourselves… smh… we fixed it and won’t be back.

Just want to tell you my experience. I walk in they greet me with a smile even if they are with another customer and making a sandwich. They let you know they will be with you if the line is long or short. They care about how your sandwich comes out. They make me want to come back because the customer service is on point and CHELSEA is 5 out of 5 stars, if I could I’d give her 10.
Remember the world is short staffed and when there is a line I’ve seen customers get snappy but they keep giving them a smile and great experience and other attitudes fall off their back. Give yourself and pat on the back if you work for this location!

I eat subway all the time and never had an issue until this location. Not once but twice my order came incomplete on two separate occasions and got charged for stuff they never put on the sandwich! Do not order online.

I had to wait 30 minutes more then the estimated time for the online order during my lunch break. I used to work for Subway and I know remote orders are supposed to be treated as the next in line, you don't take the next customer in line, you treat the Remote order as the next customer in line

I have been eating at Subway since the beginning of time. I write my directions so that a five-year-old could understand them. This particular subway is the worst. I’ve seen in 20 years. They can’t follow directions. Then when you point out their mistake, they belittle you like you are a piece of garbage. Even to get them to remake the sandwich is a battle because they still want to do it their way. so I will have to find another subway because this is not the first time I’ve had trouble at this location. The manager needs to be transferred to a new job like maybe garbage pick up or something else he certainly doesn’t belong as a manager for a wonderful franchise franchise, of course is Subway, unfortunately this location has the worst franchisee.
