The Lakehouse Kitchen & Bar at Babcock Ranch

The food was very good. It came just as ordered . The staff was really friendly. The place was clean. When a table left it was immediately cleaned. The atmosphere is nice.

On a busy Valentine's night the services was very good with minimal delays between ordering and receiving drinks and food. There was a good atmosphere with a reasonable noise level.

Absolutely delicious! Had the Valentines special drink dinner and desert ,scallops were cooked perfectly the Valentines Martini was delicious and I can't say enough about the desert the baker should be proud it was outstanding 👏 Great night all around. ❤️

Very pleasant night. Kid's Burger for granddaughter was "9.5 out of 10". Tuna poke bowl was very good. Sat outside, very good service by Anna.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt it was important to take a moment to share this.

It really feels like The Lake House has turned a corner. The overall experience is noticeably better than it used to be, and it shows. It seems like some changes were made behind the scenes, and the results are paying off.

Christen has been a huge asset to the team, and it was genuinely great to see a familiar face again. I actually knew her from New Jersey, where she managed a high-volume restaurant called Shogun—so it’s always nice when life brings you back around to good people.

The food was excellent. Since it was late, I kept it light and just had the French onion soup, and it was lovely. Even the presentation stood out—the bowl it was served in was different in a really nice way, and it made the whole dish feel elevated.

All around, a great experience. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The rice had portions of dehydrated or undercooked rice making it very difficult to eat without thinking I was going to crack a tooth. The musician set up and sang Frank Sinatra songs so loudly that it was impossible to hear conversation at our four top near the door. Management was oblivious to it but should have told him to dial the volume down. Atmosphere was good. Drinks were good. Other people in our group had good looking meals.

Brunch was great. We had sweet, we had savory, it was all delicious. The bottomless mimosas helped the vibe. Great service too.

The service at the lake house is top notch especially if you get Ashley who happens to be one of the bartenders. We had been seated for approximately 15min prior to anyone coming out to attend to us. She took notice and made our one date night out in 4 years a spectacular experience. Thank you Ashley!!!! You made our evening!

Great dining experience tonight. Service was fantastic. Food was fantastic. Really enjoyed the new crab potato small plate. My entree (blackened salmon) was fantastic. Salmon and risotto were perfectly cooked. I would've liked a little more asparagus and mushroom in the dish but overall a great dish. The rest of my party has the short rib entree and grouper entree. The short rib was fall-apart tender with a delicious, deep flavor sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. We had some issues on the grouper cook but the waitress was happy to swap them out for a re-fired dish and they were perfect the second time. While we waited on the re-fired dishes, the head chef brought out some of the gnocchi and creole shrimp special which was incredible! We love the evolution that's happening at Lakehouse!

We always enjoy our evenings at the Lakehouse.

Several of us made reservations for tables under the Oak to see our favorite band. The tables were not set up for us and the hostess said that she did not know anything about the reservations. People just came in and sat where they wanted because no one set up the tables and let people know that the tables were reserved. We all had made the reservations at least two weeks in advance. Chance was one of the managers that set us up the last time the band played there and everything went perfect. I have been told that the Lakehouse Bar and Grill let Chance go for some reason. Ridiculous, please get Chance back!

First time having dinner and met our expectations. We were greeted quickly, food arrive timely and was hot and delicious. We sat outside and the ambiance was lovely. Will definitely enjoy dinner here again, soon!

It was very good. Good definitely better than average for a place like this. It was not just burgers and chips or fish and chips.

The Lakehouse catered a dinner for 35 people at my agency event on Wednesday and it was absolutely delicious!! Executive Chef John and Sous Chef Schyler knocked it out of the park with Lasagna alla Bolognese, Caesar Salad and Pane Francese! Chef also took the time to speak with us regarding the menu, upcoming restaurant events and the history of The Lakehouse! Well done Chef, well done!
