Delicious food. Busy night. Manager greeted us and got us started off. Atmosphere on a Friday evening was definitely bar patrons grabbing a drink to celebrate the end of the week. It was a bit loud too hold a conversation.

Stopped in on a whim and had the BEST beef on weck of my life. I'm from the Buffalo, NY area - I know my beef on weck. Service was fantastic- Mike and Mary behind the bar were efficient and fun. Gigantic menu. Great patrons at the bar. We can't wait to come back. Very highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and stop in here.

Ordered the French onion soup and the cheese that is supposed to be warm and melty on top was cold, hard and chewy. The soup itself was cold and tasteless. I have drank better tasting beef broth in the hospital before. My son ordered tater tots. Instead, he got fries. Not as big of a deal, but still disappointing. He needed water, didn’t get that until after he had finished his meal. I waited for the waitress to come around to ask how the food was because I really wanted to send the soup back but I didn’t see her for about 25 minutes after the food came out. Took longer to get the check and leave than it did for me to get an upset stomach from what little bit I did eat. This was probably the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. 🤢 I’m not sure why that place is always packed or how they have decent reviews. I’ll never go back….

I ordered a BOWL of clam chowder as the menu stated at $9, I was expecting a bowl, when it arrived it was cup size. I complained that I had ordered a bowl only to be told that was their bowl size, anywhere else they offer a cup size or a bowl of clam chowder at much cheaper prices.check Duffys for much lower prices.

Sadly, I had a very poor experience. I ordered the fish and chips on recommendation from a friend. The dish was delivered and the disappointment started. I upgraded to tots, instead of regular fries, and they were cold. Our server reordered the tots and they came out a bit warmer but not hot.
Now on to the fish. The breading looked burnt and tasted like the oil was quite old and well used. One end of the filet was over cooked and the other end was undercooked. Which means that one end was very thin and the other was very thick. Plus the fact that the batter was extremely thick and quite tasteless.
I will give Tamiami Tavern another try as it was quite busy and restaurants around here are having many staffing issues including a dilution of kitchen talent.

Food was made from scratch and oh, so good!!! Definitely needed a doggie bag. May have over ordered too since so much sounded good. Service was fantastic, drinks replenished right on time. Just passing through here, staying a couple of weeks, but I'm sure we'll be back before departing the area. Check them out!!!

This place is fantastic! They have THE BEST expresso martini ever and let me tell you I am a mattini snob! Unlike other places around town it is in even in a GLASS martini glass. The food is out of this world and the portions are huge! The excellent staff completes the experience especially the bartender Mike! I love this place!

Great roadside restaurant! Our server David was quick, kind and well-informed. The blazin shrimp tacos and battered cod were spot on! The poutine French fries had too many flavors for us but the regular fries were yummy. Crab cake nice also. Bloody Marys were on sale on a Sunday. Host got us a great table. Make reservations online for busy brunch times!
We were on vacation from Virginia and looking for a breakfast spot. Came across the Tavern. Food did not disappoint. The western omelet was best I've ever had. Wait staff very friendly and attentive

We had the french onion soup, awesome. The Beef on Weck, not so good. Beef, absolutely no flavor and dry. Needs to be cooked with some garlic cloves & in some juice. However, the bun was fresh & was good. The Poutine was very flavorful & we'd order again. Server was super nice & efficient.
