Went on a Monday night, not busy at all. Lovely large courtyard out back (was worried the chairs wouldn’t be comfortable, but they were) so decided to sit there and enjoy the evening outside. Had music playing but could still carry a conversation. Loved the bread and soft butter with honey! Ordered deviled eggs and honey strawberry crostini-both delicious. Entrees were the filet and sweet and sour meatloaf-definitely would order them again. The food was made my a chef and not just a cook! Server offered dessert but didn’t sell it like she should have so we passed-but there’s no dessert menu because they are changed daily. Loved the ambiance/vibe of the restaurant and plan on going back soon.

We're never disappointed!!!! We go to The Winesette House for special occasions, and this time, we were celebrating family milestones. As always, the service, the food, and the crafted cocktails and scrumptious wine selections were outstanding. We'd like to give a special shout-out to our server, SHELBY, for facilitating another wonderful evening.

Wow… just stepped into Winsett House in downtown Punta Gorda. Waitress told us everything is premade and comes in frozen they heat it up! Listen, for $100 a couple not appetizing!

We had a great first experience at Winesett House! The bartenders were friendly, and a special shout-out to our superstar server, Shelby!! She was so fantastic - friendly, fun & on the ball. Our food was fabulous, we started with a salad & deviled eggs - very fresh & delicious. For dinner we had the swordfish special and the short rib & shrimp, spectacular! The only thing (and I mean this is inconsequential) is they don’t have espresso or cappuccino:( But the coffee was good 👍🏻 Also, we so appreciate you can make a reservation & easy parking.
We are always looking for new places, and the Winesett House is definitely on our “go to” list. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience with the reopening. We have been waiting to get back to eating here as it it our favorite restaurant! The staff was just as welcoming and wonderful as always. Shelby was excellent as our server and can’t wait to get back to have another great dinner with friends!

So happy Winesett House is back open after suffering major damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Had dinner there last evening and it was well worth the wait. The interior has been completely redone and it is beautiful. The food was, as always, delicious and the staff is back in full force. Our dinners were all prepared perfectly and served by Shelby with her beautiful smile and great service ! We will be back !!!

I love winesett the sausage rigatoni is probably the best dish in town. Only issue I had is I went the other night to get an espresso martini and it resembled nothing of that.
