We stopped in the marina for fuel and lunch. Due to hurricane Milton, there was no tying up boat for a lunch stay. We ran into this coffee/sandwich shop and ordered 9 sandwiches to go. Asked how long as dock was pressuring us, and was told 20 mins. No problem. We paid, threw nice tip in jar and walked around a bit. Came back and order was about ready. Lady came out from back and said we should have called first, as they had to turn others away due to our order. Then was told there is a 20% customary tip. Finally, they said some orders were substituted chips for potato salad as they ran out. We received no salad whatsoever. And how did lady in back making sandwiches know how much I had already tipped? Boy, sorry for the inconvenience, won’t ever be going back there again!
I walked into the store with my bird on my shoulder, a reminder that the owners of Fisherman’s Village are big animal rescue advocates and support many local rescues. Instead of kindly asking me to leave, I was told, “You need to leave right now.” I expressed that there was no sign saying they have a no-pet policy. I left with no problems. Then the workers continued to talk badly about me bringing my parrot in after I had left, and people came up to my booth and told me multiple times that the manner in which they spoke to/about me was not professional. When I went back in to ask about pet policy, I was told, “We don’t allow pets, only service animals, and sometimes we don’t even allow service animals,” which is illegal. They will not be getting my money anymore. I have no problem with the fact that my animal wasn’t aloud into the store, but I do have a problem with the way they rudely spoke to me and continued to talk about me.

The gelato was divine,BUT, $28.00 for two lg. Cups is a bit much. And, served with a spoon they use for sampling. Not even a full size spoon for a $13.00 cup. Charging the consumer for your overhead is not wise. You lost our business.

I'd give this place a zero star if I could older lady in the morning shift was very rude I never felt so disrespected before if you can't handle customer service then don't do it
Asked for a milkshake. Lady working there was very rude to me and my dad. I should have just left, but I was really in the mood for a milkshake so decided to try it. Probably the worst milkshake I have had in many years. Very watered down with milk and almost no flavor of ice cream. I wouldn't recommend it.

What can I say, coffee is some of the worst we’ve had. Tastes old and unbalanced. No ice cream samples to taste before buying. Customer service is horrible, talking to the women at the register is like talking to someone that hates their job. Overall not worth it. We go to fisherman’s village often but won’t be going here anymore. We’ve given this place 3 tries, thinking maybe the first time was off because someone was having a bad day. Nope.

Love this ice cream shop. About $4-$5 a scoop. It tastes amazing. Even though it's a bit of a small shop, I definitely

I am here every Sunday and a couple days through the week with my dog, Trixy. Gene is always so friendly and have treats for my dog. They have great coffee at a reasonable price.Nothing like Java and church services!! Thank you!!!
Got a ham egg and cheese on a croissant, it was great! Iced coffee is delicious ? and a muffin all for 14 dollars, very reasonably priced.

Just a small coffee and ice cream dive located on the pier. You are greeted with a smile and a genuine customer first attitude! They have unique flavors available in cup or cone that are perfect for a hot gulf day. I tried the rum raisin and it was great.
Breakfast sandwich (Egg, Cheese, Sausage Croissant) and iced tea was my purchase. I highly recommend both items. Hot sandwich and worth every penny.

My friend and I were wandering around Fisherman's Village for a while, and he needed a little pick-me-up. We headed into The Good Ole' Days Coffee and Ice Cream shop. My friend bought a coffee and several cookies to go. I really enjoyed the ambiance in the shop. Lots of charm! Loved reading the humorous signs! The décor was perfect for the place. Staff were nice - they laughed at my friend's corny jokes! Thank you! My friend was very pleased with his purchases.
Friendly, fast service. They even make iced cappuccinos. Very good.
