It amazes me a fine dining restaurant allows dogs! I understand allowing service animals that are trained in specific tasks to assist but we've gone too far allowing people to bring dogs in for support. I love dogs but it's not appropriate to have them around in all locations at all times.

As always the food was great. I had the snapper and hubby the lamb. Both were very good. The Chop House salad was ok, could have been more flavorful. It was kind of loud with the radio, people talking and we were near the kitchen, so noise from there. Service was ok.

Another wonderful Anniversary dinner at Perfect Caper. We were welcomed warmly and our service was exceptional. I had forgotten how delicious the Warm Goat was and my husband ordered his usual PEI mussels. I had an amazing red snapper and my husband had the crab cake It was a simply lovely evening.
