The Salty Tarpon is a very friendly, beautiful, and cozy place to eat with the locals. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and the service is fast, friendly, spot on quick, and perfect. The restaurant has lots of TVs inside and outside with all the football games and a very nice outside bar and tables.
Food experiences vary. Some find it amazing and delicious, with specific praise for the peel and eat shrimp, Portabella fries, crab cakes, shrimp and crab pasta, buffalo chicken dip, salty burger with tater tots, and tuna tower. The Salty Tarpon Signature Punch is also noted. Others find items just okay, including the Chicago dog, fish tacos, Shrimp Cocktail, and Maryland Crab Dip with Tortilla Chips.
