Great little spot next to Cass Cay restaurant. My favorites are the meat lovers pizza and breakfast burritos. We never miss coming here when we are in the area. Always happy people and water views while sitting outside.

Worthless place to go unless you live in the gated community. Almost a year ago it was posted here this would change, and it has not, as you can not get into the area without a transponder, or via boat entry I would assume. As others have mentioned, it would be wise customer service to announce the fact that only people living here or access by water is allowed. Pretty big oversight in todays day and age.
