OMG how bad could it get !!! I started with a salad that was 12 dollars and it was beyond mushy with soggy croutons !!! Then I had the seafood soup and there was no seafood in it and it wasn't even warm !!! Terrible waste of 30 dollars !!! Never again will I be back ...

Delicious food!! The restaurant and view were beautiful. Our server, Melissa, was phenomenal. Very attentive and personable!

Unique menu—next time in town, I want to go back as there were several things on the menu I wanted to try. Our food was delicious and you can’t beat dining right on the water! While we weren’t in a hurry, service was pretty fast and staff was friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Second choice for lunch but a good choice! Only 4 stars as the menu is limited. This is really a sushi/poke bowl place. I had the Chicken Poke Bowl, he had the beef sliders. All was very flavorful! Sat at the bar and had good service.

Lexi was our bartender…she made some amazing old fashioneds..and offered phenomenal service. She is extremely friendly &knowledgable. We love the pier because they have vegan options and great drinks..but Lexi really made our experience here today the best we’ve had at this trendy spot!

Came for a relaxed lunch with friends at the bar! Lexi was so great with all her drink and food recommendations! Best service we’ve had at this restaurant!

Has way more potential. The location itself is very nice with sitting opportunities inside and outside right on the water but it feels a bit like a cantina somehow. It’s modern but not really a cozy place to stay at. I think they aim for like a sustainability / ecological / save the turtele kinda vibe but that doesn't quite show through with giving you plastic cups and straws. Anyway, the cutlery and the plates seem to be compostable. The portions are really small for that price, nevertheless the food was ok. We had a caesar salad which was very good, the philly sandwich was okay but had very little meat on it and the smallest cole slaw as a side we’ve ever seen. It’s a bit sad that they don’t offer other side dishes like bread or fries. Also we’ve missed some more options for beverages but we didn’t checked the bar (which seemed to be newly installed).Besides that we’ve felt like they lack on personal (or want to save money) because there were just one waitress for the entire local.I hope they’ll do something and use the potential they have to get much better!

All you can eat crab legs was a complete waste of money. This restaurant has under trained staff and the staff is rude with customers. I’m sure due to being frustrated by the lack of direction from upper management. Crab legs were well over cooked and stuck to the shells. Everything is ordered and paid for up front so you don’t get a waiter or waitress for additional things like drinks. Certainly would not recommend although this is just my opinion. Good luck. Sad to see a new place with such growing pains.

What a great place! We had the best time. We enjoyed drinks and a light dinner. Excellent service, delicious food! Our bartender was fantastic, Tina thank you for taking care of us! We will definitely be back! The music was also great!

This place needs John Taffer. Pros: nice view, great location, good wings, good crab legs Cons: the poor customer service starts at the pay-when-you-order counter. No sides available to order.—- no side salads, fries, hush puppies…. Want a beer—head to the bar and order it there. No table service available. Soft drinks—a 6oz cup you refill yourself a dozen times (you’ll get thirsty waiting for your food). Pay for your food and receive a number to put on your table. The servers then wander the restaurant with food looking for your number. Better remember to pick up your plastic utensils at the register because there are none at the tables. Plan to bus your own table….or watch the birds pick at your neighbors table for 2+ hours while you wait on a second round of crab legs. Servers have no incentive since any “tip” was paid when you ordered. But at least you can walk next door to get dessert…since they offer none.

Went for crab leg Tuesday and it was horrendous. Crab was cold. You have to stand back in line to get your next order of crab legs. We never got to eat more then 1 order. We also ordered a rib dinner, it came out cold, they took it back and we never got another dinner. No manager on duty. $175 for 5 people. Definitely not worth it. Very disappointed

We had a good experience at turtle bay. The service was very professional. The food tasted very good and well seasoned. Unfortunately my food arrived cold (I had the meatloaf) so I can't give 5 stars. But I'll give 4 because of the service and flavor

I do NOT know who thought this menu item would be a good idea to serve for $9!!! When I ordered I was expecting a nice melted cheese dip but when it arrived I was greeted with cold hard sup par cheese and crackers that you would get at the dollar store. Not to mention that I had to wait 15 minutes before this terrible appetizer even appeared.Never ordering from here again.

My husband and I decided to have lunch here on Friday, April 8th, 2022. We arrived at 11:45 immediately behind a group of 4. Both parties were told the wait would be 15 minutes for a table outside and the hostess wrote down our names. I questioned the wait because there were empty tables on the deck and was told it was a staffing issue. We were fine with that reply and waiting as there seems to be staffing issues everywhere. The party of 4 were called and escorted to their table after said anticipated wait time. We patiently waited for another 15 minutes without being called. To my surprise a party of 3 walked up to the hostess desk, asked to be seated outside and she immediately took them in. Upon her return I asked her if she had forgotten about us even though we were seated in her field of vision. I reminded her that she wrote down our name and pointed it out in her book (the only name written not scratched out I might add). Interesting that she immediately was able to seat us! After waiting for several minutes, watching the chaos of being understaffed, our wait staff, Mariah, came to our table. While we were waiting we had plenty of time to decide what we wanted and asked if we could order quickly because I am a diabetic and could feel my sugar getting low. My husband ordered the Salmon Bowl and I ordered the Brussel Sprout salad with 'lightly' blackened grouper for an extra $10. My husband enjoyed the Salmon Bowl particularly because the salmon was so fresh ... just not much of it. The shaved Brussels sprout salad was a huge disappointment—-very small portion for the price and the grouper was anything but 'slightly' blackened. I like a little spice but that's all I could taste so wasn't actually sure what the grouper tasted like. Also had to ask for extra dressing because the salad was dry. When we got the bill, we were surprised to see a $1.13 charge for a "CC Processing Fee". We have never seen a restaurant charge for using a debit card before. There was no signage in the restaurant to warn of this policy nor did the bill indicate a separate price for using cash. Left a sour taste in our mouth, this petty nickle-and-diming of their customers.
