I’m a regular Wendy’s customer and I’ve been to many locations, but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m currently far from home like 20 hours whole way down ate Wendy’s, and the treatment here was HORRID. Thank God the food was fresh and hot, or I would’ve asked for a refund—because the way this staff handled customers, they didn’t deserve even my petty $10. Extremely disappointing.

Wow !! I had the pleasure of a good lunch and over the top service from Terry he was so good I had to write a review, he greets everyone like there a old friend, Wendy’s is lucky to have him for sure, Terry should be a training manager that travels around all the Wendy’s he would make a great trainer !

Fast drive up service. Good sandwiches. Only problem was it seemed like the grease the potatoes were cooked in needed changed. Really greasy and had an odor. .

I want to say a special thank you to Sabrina. I am in a wheelchair and she went out of her way to make my visit enjoyable. Offered to help in to the bathroom and delivered our food to the table with everything we could need. Food was hot and fresh. Everyone was nice and looked like they enjoyed working together. So extra special thanks to Sabrina and hats off to the whole team. Great job guys.

I am the type of person who rejects negativisim, I also believe that it is going backward if you don't say something. So here it goes, the bathroom at this location was a horrible 😫 experience, please guys take care of that. Do not tarnish the customer experience

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The hours say open until 10 pm, but they had the indoors locked at 8:15 on a Friday evening, and refused to allow customers inside. There were several employees inside - we could see at least 5 and even knocked and they told us to use the drive thru.
