To start they could get help that actually want to do a GOOD job instead of just getting a paycheck. Food quality has suffered and customer service has become non-existent on the night crew
I ordered 10 wings with fries. I requested crispy fries. I ended up with limp, mushy, lukewarm fries and my wings were fried so hard I was afraid I’d break a tooth. I threw all that horrible food out in the yard. What a waste of my time and money.
I use to love it, but now it's getting poorer and had plastic wrap in the Philly sandwich, like what heck contamination is getting out of hand at these restaurants putting people and customers at risk
