I had fish and fries. Both the fish and fries were cooked to perfection. The hush puppies were good as well. The counter service was prompt and courteous. The dining room and order area were both clean.

The people that work here were very awesome and made the best food we have ever had at Captain D’s. Also the best customer service. Going from Florida to Texas and glad we stopped here. Give these guys a raise.

My friend and I had the best customer service and food at the Captain D's in Quincy. I want to say Thank You to Deeana (Deeann), Tyrek, and Duan for a great experience. The food was fresh and hot and seasoned well. Oh, and plentiful.

Betty in the drive thru was fantastic!!! She got our order right the first time she had amazing customer service, super friendly!!! Just an all around amazing drive thru experience with her.
The food was absolutely amazing as well!!! Fresh, crispy, and had great flavor!!!
This is by far THE BEST Captain D's we have ever been too!!!!

Hummm...I don't know what to say. Captain D's the quality of your meats has gone down. The catfish was so thin, all I had was the batter that got stuck in my throat. I peeled through it because we were ready to eat. I could have went elsewhere, but the young lady, Daniyah, was very nice. The food quality has gone down. Ms

I had such a great experience here! The staff member, Rashida, was extremely friendly and swift. The food was amazing. Additionally, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Definitely coming back!

Visited this store on 11/12/24. Absolute WORST experience. My order was done online. When I got there I was rudely told, "Ma'am you are going to have to just cancel your order we don't have any white fish or shrimp skewers." I'm there in the drive thru trying to figure out how to do that (which you can't in either the app or online site). So I'm trying to see if they can do something but the manager goes back in the back to cook, leaving the front person to talk to me, who had no clue what to do. (They were short staffed). I asked to speak to the manager again, I waited for the manager for 15 minutes in the drive thru. The young lady up front kept saying "she'll be up in a minute". So i wait longer. Then a truck pulls up behind me in the drive thru and I'm told that I'm going to have to come in and fix it. Now, I'm disabled, on a walker, and was trying to resolve this without having to fight my walker and go inside. It was the whole point of me choosing Captain D's because of the drive thru. But I was made to do it because the manager would not come up to the window. Yes, I was, at that point upset, because I was hurting, tired, and now having to fight my walker out to go inside about this. I admit was stern and abrupt because i was now frustrated and in pain, but was in control of myself. However, the manager was like "maam, you need to calm down". When in the store, I gave the manager my phone and told her to show me where I could get it refunded since she was so certain it could be done. When she couldn't find it I thought she was going to drop my phone, so I took it back quickly. Then she accused me of snatching my phone back, when I wasn't trying to. I was the one who FINALLY suggested to swap out the meal.

ALL IN ALL... The manager there was rude, uncooperative, would not listen, and was very poor at providing customer service. I spent an hour there just to get something to take home for dinner. All she had to do was agree, apologize for the inconvenience, and offer to either substitute the order or refund just the meal. Instead it seemed like it was more of an inconvenience to her to help the customer. My advice, If you want Captain D's get it in Tallahassee or Marianna. Don't bother with Quincy.

The young lady who took our order was wonderful. Quick service. Our orders were accurate and hot. Decent lunch for sure. Not much of an "atmosphere ". We were there only people in the place. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pepper was all carbonation and the drinks aren't included in the meal. They are over $3 which is way too high for a fountain soda

This place is run by ghetto people who do not want to work. The food was not done right at all and was also old. They had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for another meal, but I declined because why would I pay for another meal when the food wasn’t up to par the first time? That isn’t my problem. I asked for a refund, and the manager tried her hardest to not give me one. Nyasia was the cashier, she was also rude. I’m not sure of the manager's name. will not be going here again, save your money and find a different fast food restaurant.

I wait 20 mins in the drive thru just to get to the window and wait 20 more mins at the window after I paid while they cook my food. my whole lunch break was gone. this will be my last time here
