Worst experience I've ever had in a Captain D's. I waited almost 30min.for food until I just got my money back.Then one of the employees had a small child in there running around screaming,and they wouldn't say anything to them.They all needed firing. UNBELIEVABLE !!NEVER WILL GO BACK TO THAT ONE.

We stopped at the Quincy Fl. Establishment to eat for first time 2-25-2024. The drive through took forever to move. Ordered our food, paid when we got to the window. Waited another 5 minutes. We did receive our drinks. Asked us to pull forward, again to wait. Watched as other customers received their orders. After 30 minutes went inside to find out what was going on. Treated with rudeness saying don't know where your order is. We have no idea what is going on. Asked for our money back, was refused. Waited another 5 minutes. They gave us our order. It was cold, obviously been sitting there a half hour. Terribly disappointed, We are not sure if we will risk another trip to a different establishment.

I don't know. They have a new cook and look about 18. The food was a bit bland. They only have about 2 workers in there. So the good takes 45 minutes to get. Unless your ordering fish and chips I guess. No one goes inside. It's really not what it use to be. Unless they hire more people and some one that actually knows what they are doing in the kitchen I really don't recommend.

I went to captain d's in Quincy and the lady told me to park for the catfish and sat waiting 20 minutes. Worst place ever
