I am in town visiting my cousin's and happen to Google "good food near me now" and Carol's Country Cooking came up. Let me say it was the best decision ever. This food was absolutely delicious. The best food I've had from a restaurant in a very long time. Every time I come in this area from now on, I will stop by and patronize this restaurant. Country cooking at it's finest. Food Was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Had the Oxtails Yellow Rice Mac & Cheese Greens & FRIED Cornbread EVERYTHING was Delicious & Service was on Point..The Main Thing Is They Not Scared to Give You Food They Don’t Shack the Spoon❤️🤣

Excellent and deliciously prepared soul food! Hands down, some of the best soul food in the Big Bend area. Get there early or call in your order on Sunday to pick from a seemingly endless selection tasty entrees and sides. It's definitely worth the drive if you don't live in the Quincy/Gadsden County area.
