Lately this place has become so horrible , the food is terrible! There’s a couple of employees that are nice and then theirs the rude and disrespectful ones they are also the ones that serve the horrible food.

I have lived in Quincy did 20 plus years and have ordered from the local Dominos numerous times. Today was my first time receiving awful pizza and terrible customer service from management. I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. I glanced at my food before I left and had them remake the cheesy bread. I guess I should’ve taken a bite of the pizza because again I glanced and it had the requested toppings. I ordered the white garlic sauce instead of the tomato sauce. Needless to say I bit into it even I made it home and there was no sauce, ugh. I called back and Josh was so kind and remembered me. He placed me on hold and then the phone hung up. I kept calling back and kept getting hung up on. I knew that it wasn’t Josh because he was trying to be helpful. I ended up having to ride back to the restaurant to get my money back. There was no acknowledgement from management. It was such a disappointing experience that was so easy to make right. I was told that Dawn is no longer the owner and it shows.

Today I ordered 2 cheese stuffed crust online plus add a 25% tip. As I always due when I order from Quincy Domino's. Never had a problem ordering online before. When my order arrived it was a New York style pizza. Don't care for New York style. I called the store to explaining I didn't order New York style. Domino's employee didn't care just kept stating that what online order printed out. I wasn't asking or demanding anything from Domino's. I was actually was going to reorder what I originally ordered. Due to Domino's employee lack customer service. I've decided stop conversation and move on. . Delivery person was great happy to tip 25% for his efforts. This will be my last order from Domino's . Pizza was just OK for pepperoni extra cheese pizza paid over $50.00 including tip

Ordered over the phone, went to pick up our food and the lady said our order doesn’t exist and it was probably the same town name in a different state, even though we have a clear charge for that amount from that store at that time. She refused to give us a refund and told us to dispute it with our bank. Then she told us they don’t take orders over the phone at the store, and about 1 minute later she was talking about an order she took over the phone with her coworker. So this woman out right lied to us, said there is no corporate phone number we can call, and refused to refund us.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 3 garlic butter, thank goodness I was warned to verify the put the butter in the boxes cause they will say they did but don't unless you catch them in a lie by checking. Pizza was less than desirable also.
