Wonderful experience visiting Hardees today the new manager Michelle is such a delight very manner-able and patient. The food was hot, fresh and fast she was so helpful and “my pleasure” closed the deal for me to return!!! Awesome Job!!!

Ordered a Hot Ham& Cheese, it was cold. A double Cheeseburger was only slightly warm. Fries were good, but not enough to compensate for sandwiches.
The food was horrible and the customer service was equally as bad. I never had such terrible food before.
I don't do perfect very often, but my eat-in lunch was perfect.
