I ordered the superburger combo in Quincy, Florida today and the burger was horrible. I sat in the parking lot and tried to eat it but asked for a refund for the burger only. The beef patty was atrocious. The meat was cold, had too much mayo and the bread was stale. The cashier was rude and tried to explain away every complaint with the bread was toasted and not stale or the cold lettuce made the meat cold, etc. I know the difference. He also said complaining to cooperate about it would not make a difference. He said you all would pull up the video of my car in line to prove my sandwich was warm and well made.🤷🏾♀️

Normally the food is pretty good, except for the chicken tenders, they taste like they've been sitting there a while. I love that the hot ham & cheese does not come with mayonnaise! But this bacon cheeseburger leaves quite a lot to be desired.

Slow service, if you need to add to your order you’ll have to come back through the drive thru. 🙃 The food was warm and not freshly made. It’s was sitting up for a min.
I like this hardees because of good service but today which is Sep 2 2024 at 10am the lady at the drive thru was soliciting for money for her child, was on the phone and put our large order in a very small bag, out bisquut and gravy was turned over.

The fact that my order was correct, the cashier was polite, and I didn't have a long wait earned them 5 stars. They are usually pretty good. It's just that I usually get tenders but got a burger this time.
