I ordered a $20 6 piece box and only had 4 pieces when I got home. It was also supposed to have had 4 sides but there were only 3...The chicken was greasy, soggy and far from hot...the staff simply did not care one way or the other...I won't be returning

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional environment. One conversation I heard between a staff member and some random guy made me lose my appetite so I just left. The dining room was nasty. The food was horrible. People were waiting for long periods of time for their orders. One lady just got tired of waiting and left.

I'm always excited to share my experience with the public concerning a restaurant. It should be mentioned mentioned that my experience is limited because I use the drive through. However, having said this let's get started. It goes without mention that the staff and chefs are extremely experienced and very well trained. My meal was prepared to order, at the correct temperature, and very satisfying. Although I am not a local customer, a return visit is definitely in order. Altogether bravo! Job well done.

I didn’t get what I ordered even having to wait a whole 30 min for my food. I order extra crispy and got original. The manger and and employee had bad attitudes except for the front counter cashier. All and all I don’t recommend

What happened to the original taste for KFC, what y'all creating is not working bring back KFC recipe, and get y'all recipes out. I have been going hoping it would have changed, 3 time, that is enough for me.
Came through the drive thru and ordered a KFC Bowl, and a few other items. Got to the window, after they pulled the car up in front of us, and was told we would have to pull to a parking spot to wait for food. We said okay pulled to a spot! There were 4 cars behind us that got pulled up as well so we are all waiting for 10+ minutes by now. I finally go inside to be told that they are out of mashed potato’s. Are you serious??? Why not tell me that instead of just pulling everyone up without communicating that they were out of an item. I asked for a refund, which I didn’t get because no one in the establishment acted as if they knew what to do! So you got my 15$ and I didn’t get a damn thing but a Mountain Dew that was out under carbonated. Train your employees better and teach them to communicate if you are out of something instead of pulling 6 cars up to wait for them. Not only that, it wasn’t until I went inside that she said she would go START potato’s. Why weent they started when I ordered them 10 minutes ago! Do not waste your time going to this establishment unless you want poor service quality with even poorer employees they have employed!
