Waited in drive thru for 30 mins. Only to pull up to window and see nothing but managers and staff standing around laugh.

Service extremely slow. However, cashier was very friendly and nice. Inside much slower than drive thru. Waited over 10 min for fish meal and qtr pounder. Qtr pounder too salty. Did not eat all of it. Fries medium on heat. Did not eat but 1/3 of them.

They are chronically short staffed. Wait time is truly ridiculous. Of the last three times I went to thier drive through I only got to eat once. The other times I left the drive through after waiting 15 to 20 minutes (and the reason I stayed that long was because I was trapped in the line and had to wait until the people behind me gave up and pulled away so i could back out). Inside wait tmes are also very, very long.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's. Its not fast food. They move at the same speed molasses pours out of a bottle. I dont know what kind of management you have here but its time for a change. This store gives McDonald's a bad name.

If I could give negative points….id say minus 100!!!!! WORST ALL TIME FAST RESTAURANT OF MY 56 years of life!! Why have a McDonalds?!! We waited over 20 min for food at 2:30 in the afternoon and after we finally got our food, our fries were barely warm! My husband went back up for a refill of his drink and I laughed b/c I KNEW they wouldn’t even give him the time of day!! I was absolutely right! The guy that originally waited on us looked at my husband so my husband asked for a refill and the guy gave him a look like “are you crazy?” And kept right on working! You couldn’t get your own refill b/c apparently ,according to the worker, people were stealing drinks in the lobby. Geez what kinda town is this? Marking this McDs down and as DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Go ANYWHERE else!

Yet again. Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. Behind 4 cars. Both lanes got no response from staff pull around to window. . employees where on there phone and laughing this place needs a serious restaffing
