Ordered a cheeseburger ( No Pickle) that’s it !! 1rst one I got no ketchup or mustard or onions. Next one had barely any ketchup but with a pickle and no onions. Next one wasn’t right either. Not real hard to make a cheeseburger with no pickle. Apparently too much to comprehend !! This place is TERRIBLE , went here on 12-19-2024 they NEVER GOT IT RIGHT I STILL HAD TO PAY AND LEAVE !!

This is the worst McDonald’s in America, They are slow as can be, I sit there for a hour with only 3 cars in front of me. I came here one time from a long trip back home for them to tell me and my little brother they was “closed” I hate this place with ever fiber if my being, I have never had a good experience here.

This is the only McDonald's I've ever been to that always makes my order correctly the first time. It's always hot and fresh! The employees are always friendly. I typically visit in a.m so it's nice to have a fresh hot breakfast that's made how I like it every time!

Bad customer service rude lady at the front lady said she called my order and said someone took it after 20 minutes I finally got my food and she forgot my drink and I asked her for a cup and she handed it to me and said I snatched it and walk off and mumble something .

I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your locations. Last night, I purchased a meal from your establishment, specifically a Spicy McCrispy meal. To my dismay, upon consuming the chicken, I discovered it was uncooked. This is deeply troubling, especially considering my current digestive issues.

I immediately tried to contact the store to address this matter, but no one answered the phone. I understand that it was late and the staff may have been focused on moving the line, but this lack of quality control and customer service is completely unacceptable.

The thought of consuming uncooked chicken has left me disgusted and worried about potential health implications. I trust McDonald's to provide safe and well-prepared food, but this experience has severely damaged my confidence in that. I would like to understand how this happened and what steps are being taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

Firstly most of the workers are rude , if you don’t feel like working then don’t work but if you have no choice don’t take it out on the customers. Second the drive thru lines be so long and they take forever you’ll probably be in the line for at least 45 +. And last but not least they close they lobby early and still leave the doors unlocked and have you standing in the lobby for 15 mins just to tell you lobby closed its ridiculous.
