So we got our food delivered. Three regular fried chicken sandwiches. All three were over cooked and tasted old. It seems as though they took the chicken that was cooked for another sammy that wasn’t fried but that they battered these old pieces and then fried them and made our three fried chicken Sammie’s. So hard to eat. We’ve never had a problem with their food until today.

Food was hot when it came out. The lady at the front was nice, however, outer chicken sandwiches stayed on the counter until the fries were done. We had 9 people in our party so we expected it to take a little longer. The poor girl was overwhelmed and her co workers did not care, the manager just watched as she struggled. Also smiling is a key to great customer service.

The chicken wings (Honey BBQ) were really tasty! However, the Mac and Cheese wasn't available. I had delivery done, and I'm at a hotel. It would have been nice to get some napkins with the delivery. I was forced to use tissues, and a wash rag. Food is good, but the delivery service was pretty dumb.

Waited about 10 minutes before someone even took our order. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our food, only to be missing a meal. Had to go back in and wait some more.
