The customer service was AMAZING!
Fast food is what it is, and we all know it is nothing special, but when you receive GREAT customer service, it makes the food taste gourmet! Thanks, guys, behind the counter! 👍🏿

Look I’m not gonna trip about this. Its Taco Bell. You know what you’re getting. The workers are probably not getting paid very much, its a lot of frustrating customers. Everything else about my meal including the rest of this quesadilla was perfectly serviceable. The food was fast, it was hot, the service was good, the food was good if a little expensive but what isn’t right now? Mistakes happen and this isn’t a big deal but I’ll ask you this if you spent your hard earned money on a quesadilla and 1/4 of it was nothing but tortilla would you put up with it? Just take the extra second to quality control your work so you don’t get some whiny Karen to take an extra lap through the drive thru. I promise its gonna drastically improve the quality of your day. Have a nice day yall.

Walked in and waited at the counter to give order. Had two employees walked past the counter, make eye contact with me but not speak or ask if I needed help or anything. After a few minutes a manager, who was busy with other task had to come assist me only to tell me that I had to place my order on the kiosk. In my opinion either of the two employees could have told me that.

After several pleasant experiences at the local Taco Bell, my family & myself had a very bad experience tonight to the point I didn't eat my food. We ordered at the drive-thru, we left & when we checked the order, it came out short. I admit I'm not familiar with Taco Bell's menu since I don't come there as often as my son & husband. My son told me that we were short four tacos but he wasn't sure himself.
I went inside & spoke to a man at the counter & I began to explain to him that I was short four tacos. He left the counter to ask the manager and the manager said I'm only missing three. After a brief exchange at the counter, I realized I was only short three. So I told him, it's all good & grabbed the bags.
But right before my son & I left, the man leaned forward & said in a derogatory way, "I COULD EXPLAIN IT BETTER IN SPANISH IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND."
Nothing against Hispanic people, but I'm Filipino and I speak English to many people daily (because of my job) without any problem...
That particular man at the counter is not good for the business if he is treating customers with disrespect and making derogatory demeaning remarks regardless of the customer's race. I feel like what he did was highly inappropriate.
And to top it all off, the staff didn't apologize for the mishap of serving short tacos & had us, the customers, drive back to claim the food we already paid and made me feel like I'm wrong for claiming my food."
**After my husband called & spoke with management, it turned out that man doesn't even speak Spanish, he was just being a smart a**. The manager said someone from upper management will call us in the next few days.
Update as of 03-27- 2018:
I waited for exactly 4 weeks to hear back from the management after complaining about the incident which I could say was racial discrimation, but no phone call as promised by the manager of that February 26, 2018 evening. So I contacted the corporate in California & the next day they asked for details on how to contact me & just a few minutes later I received a phone call from the General Manager of Taco Bell Quincy. He was pleasant & very apologetic. My husband & I strongly said we don’t want anyone fired or in trouble, we just want my experince to be a coaching opportunity for their company.
I don’t want freebies or anything, but what happened is something that no customer should experience. I gave 3 stars (from 1 star) because of how fast the corporate handled the situation & how apologetic the GM was. But still, wouldn’t change the fact that I was racially discriminated
Location seems newer, not horrible, but could use some work. Needs better management, leadership. Been 3 times, each time an issue with my food. Don't even feel like getting into it. Location inside needs a good wipe down during slow periods, unfortunately people are messy with food on table, seats, they aren't considerate enough to clean up after themselves due to lack of home training or just genetic disposition to be lazy and inconsiderate. My issue is ordering food not properly prepared or looking like pic or as advertised, had gotten a Mexican pizza that the tortilla SMELLED horrible, made me sick, the girl at counter claimed oil changed daily, the gentleman that served my remake confirmed they sometimes forget to change oil. Again, each time an issue. Really sad, Quincy is cute, lots of convenient places to eat, just need better training and food/service.

They had the doors locked for lunch at 12:15pm and said that she wouldn’t let me in or take my order. I’ll never go back there. So rude!!! Opened the door and shut it back in my face and locked it!
