She makes dishes to order so super fresh. Her juices are made with spring water which hydrates you and taste SO MUCH better AND she's extremely considerate. There was one other guy there when I ordered and he wanted two black bean orders and she was kind enough to ask if he ate pork because there's pork in the beans. I wish I lived closer so I could support her business more often. 5 stars falls short to be honest.

Food delicious! Service was slow, there was only one person I front of me and she got a sandwich.. and tire shop, watch where ya walk ya may get ran over. And pulling out of that area semis and others cars will run you over be careful! But the lady was super sweet, and the food was delicious!!

One of the greatest cuban sandwiches and croqueta sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Wonderful food made fresh.

The place is a food truck, so the atmosphere included the sound of a generator and a lot of traffic. The place was very clean, especially within her kitchen. Though it took much longer than expected for just one sandwich, a mango shake and plantains, the food was very tasty!
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the portion sizes. I expected a larger sandwich for $10. The bread was only about 6” x 3.” Our plantains were only three pieces for $3. The shake was only about 10 to 12 ounces for $5. We waited a long time for our order, though no one else was waiting. It was after lunch, rush… Approximately 1:30 PM on a Thursday.
The Food was definitely authentic with incredible flavor. I think since there’s no overhead of a closed establishment, the food portions should be larger at those prices.

What can I say, pretty good Cuban food, give it a try. The rice with beans was pretty good, just like we make them at home, and the pork steak was delicious with the grilled onions on top. Also good to try is their mango milkshake, and their cuban coffee.

Very good Cuban food, the lady is respectful and friendly.
I got 2 Cuban sandwiches ?, 3 Cuban coffees ☕ (one hot and two iced)**You got to try her coffee is delicious**, a papaya shake, and white rice with black beans, yellow plantain, and chicken breast. The Cuban sandwiches were the perfect size
All was so flavorful!
Advised if you are an 18-wheeler driver you can call 1/2 hour in advance and she will have the food ready for you.
You just park in the turning lane and pick up your food, it is not ready she will ask you to go to the Petro parking lot, and she will call you once ready ??
Or you can just park at the truck stop and walk there.
Note: always call before you show up hence just in case she couldn't make it that day!
