Food was nice but service was odd - my husband went to the desk to ask if there was a table for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) and was told that there were no free tables. I then checked on open table and got a table booking for 15 minutes time. Felt like we were refused because we had children and then our server told my husband he couldn't order a drink before the women on the table but then would come to him before the women later on for the food order. Very odd.

We have enjoyed Havana Beach many times. The dishes are all very thoughtful and yet not overdone. We dined outside and everyone said their cocktails were the best on 30A. My mocktail was amazing - green with herbs/jalapeño - nice to have one that wasn't just juice. They brought out a lovely treat to end our celebration at the conclusion of the meal.

There was NO PARKING available around the area. Everyone walks it bikes. Ok yes there are parking spaces but not nearly enough!!

Husband ordered the Cuban sandwich and said it was delicious. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it had too much dressing. Service was slow but staff was friendly.

I wanted to love this place and had been looking forward to dinner here for months. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. We were seated at 7:20 and no one even came over to say hello until 8:00. It was then another 20 minutes before we got our drinks. The server was pleasant but in no way apologetic about the experience. Our food took another 30 minutes and then we were rushed out the door with a takeaway cocktail. Luckily the food was quite good but I won't be returning here again. There are other restaurants with much better service in the area.

This place is a must when you're in the area! I was here on a girls trip. The ambiance is so reminiscent of little Havana. The Roseberry did not dissapoint. We were with a larger party and the hightop chairs were comfy. Ethan was our server and he was amazing. He knew the menu and was very patient with our order. I ordered the beef tenderloin and it was very very good. I will definitely be back!

There were zero ZERO complaints! Will, our server, was perfect. Not "over" anything was there at the most appropriate times never bothersome. Piano playing in the background was the topper for our anniversary dinner. We only come into town center for dinner rarely, and usually in the Golden Days after the tourists have left and before all the pretentious seasonals arrive. We'll have to visit again and soon!
