Charlie's Café at Rosemary

The donuts were good, but not sure a dozen donuts and 4 medium coffees were worth $80. The service was ok definitely nothing special. However, we noticed that most everywhere we went there service was mediocre. There were a few places we went and the service was amazing and friendly. We realized those individuals were not from the Panama area, but moved to the area, this made sense. Residents don’t seem to be as friendly.

They say they close at 6 but don't serve coffee or donuts past 5:30 bc they're cleaning. Not good customer service at all. Also it smells like chlorine inside.

Place open till 6pm we got there at 5:40pm and lady at the register told us that she can't serve us because they already start cleaning the espresso machine and they took down all the donuts. Not woth it to come here!

It was just...okay? Disappointng all around for the cost but the food wasn't horrible. The staff wasn't super rude like some others have said but we definitely felt like we were a nuisance to their day. Wouldn't go again but it got us all fed.

Super rude staff here. Should have looked at reviews and not wasted my time waiting for food and coffee. I came up to the register and wanted to order the lox bagels they had on their pictures and menu but when I asked the lady at the register she blatantly looked at me and was like NO. Like post that to your updates so others know and don’t waste their time waiting.

One of the few places I really didn’t like in Rosemary beach. Food was bad, staff had a weird attitude.

If you are Latino, do not come to this place because they will treat you badly, their service is terrible, do not come to this place because you will only leave money here and it is not worth it.

Great company horrible service. She got 3 things wrong in our order. I wait 15 minutes for the bathroom one of the employees was in there and just smirked when she came out.

Do not come here, the staff were very rude and had a terrible attitude. I ordered an ice cream cone and when I got the ice cream it was melted and it looked like it was whipped up. And it took forever just to get a ice cream cone. 1 star I would not recommend

Worst ice cream. Terrible service. I would fire the employees. Very rude, and disrespectful. Avoid this place.

AWFUL place.The girl that “helped” us had a terrible attitude and was so so rude. My 5 year old brother had to used the bathroom bad and she proceeded to lie to us saying that she “couldn’t access the code” until after we paid as my little brother was standing there crying about to pee himself.Which was a complete lie as she then flipped the screen thinking we’d tip her and went to go the code off the top of her head. Not to mention the smoothie she made was disgusting one of the worse things that’s ever been in my mouth. A waste of $8 to say the least. Never come here unless you want horrible service and mid gross food.

Great for breakfast/lunch and the staff is very friendly. We had lunch on a cold day - soup and grilled cheese >> soup was great, grilled cheese could have had more cheese but was good.

We ordered online for breakfast - the Breakfast bowls are great with fresh pico on top! Order was ready quickly and accurate.

Great spot for a quick breakfast. Always consistent and the staff is kind. They’ve added some new games, which are fun for the kids! Our favorite donuts in Rosemary. The only con is having to be let in to the restroom. That’s a newer addition that we didn’t appreciate.

Very good mango smoothie.
