Fun ice cream and sweet shop! Busy but you can see why!

We stopped here a few times. The young man working at this store, though near closing hour, was so welcoming and polite. Another day, it was a woman; she too, was very kind. Now, the young girl, tall/curly hair, Idk what her problem was. We may all have bad days sometimes, but she was plain rude and dismissive! I had to walk out due to her attitude and let my sister do the shopping. She needs some customer service training.

Went into the store employee this Saturday wanting ice cream. The employee at the register genuinely looked unhappy that we walked in. We weren’t greeted at all and were the only ones entering the store. Not a huge deal I thought. I went up to the ice cream counter to order after about two minutes employee doesn’t so much as glance over at me or move from her spot. At this point I know we were noticed. I walk away and my friends who had walked around the store said they weren’t greeted either only stared at and rudely told “it’s a 10 dollar minimum for card payments”. Wouldn’t recommend you spend your money here.

I ordered a brownie sundae with cupcake ice cream, and the guy behind the counter gave me vanilla instead. When I pointed it out, he flat-out refused to fix it. No apology, no remake, nothing. Just rude and dismissive the entire time. We felt unwelcome and rushed out. If you’re gonna charge premium prices, at least get the order right and treat customers with basic respect.
Update: Just saw the owner’s response and… wow. Instead of owning the mistake, they doubled down and tried to mock me for leaving honest reviews elsewhere. Yes, I give feedback when service is bad—and I also give 5-star reviews when places get it right. This wasn’t one of those times.
And no, the sundae wasn’t “subpar” because I didn’t understand the menu. I requested a specific flavor and was denied a fix when the wrong one was served. The attitude I got in-store is exactly what you see in that reply—condescending and dismissive.
Do better.

We stopped in for ice cream after dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes. The ice cream was delicious - the s’mores is a must try. We appreciated that it was open relatively late as well.

It's colorful with lots of old fashioned candy 🍬. 🍫 🍭 . It is incredibly expensive except for the candy canes selling 3 months after Christmas 🎄 The ice cream was average. The older woman behind the counter was rude. My hot fudge sundae had cold fudge and very little fudge too. We won't be back.

Owner here has their head in the sand over $10 minimum charge for credit card purchases. Looking forward to seeing the bogus response from the hoa-style fools that gate keep with scandalous prices.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! The SWEETEST staff on Earth !! LOVE LOVE LOVE the Sugar Shak !! A MUST. The ONLY family owned ice cream store in Rosemary Beach ! (It’s not a chain with 100+ across the U.S unlike the other one around cough cough). HIGHLY recommend !
