Absolutely loved the coffee here and food. Went every day while in Florida except maybe 1 day to try something else.
⭐ 1 star
I ordered a salami and cheese sandwich and was shocked to find only two tiny slices of salami inside. When I politely mentioned it to the waitress, she simply responded, “That’s how it comes,” with no effort to fix it or even acknowledge the issue.
For the price, I expected something more than just bread and a 2 pieces of meat. The lack of customer service and value was disappointing. If this is how they serve their food regularly, I won’t be coming back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.
This place provides great service and quality food. Gabriela and Edwin are always great
I’ve been coming to this place now for almost 3 months and never disappoint. Always with great service and even better breakfast. I always get my hot chocolate how I like it and the consistency of everything is just perfect. Highly recommended. Shakira and Gabriella are always there and they are the ones keeping this place alive. Thank you El pan pan.
Lunch is super delicious, accompanied by the attention of the waitresses. Every day I go to have my coffee in the morning 😋.
Nice lil place, kinda hidden if you’re not looking for it. Loved the Cuban sandwich (although it was kind of missing yellow mustard). The ham and cheese empanadas is delicious. Make sure to get their hot sauce, it isn’t too spicy but it adds a lot of flavor.
I ended up taking the Cuban guava and cheese pastries home which I ate at night (munchies) - make sure to warm them up in the air fryer. Yum!

Terrible service, server didn’t bring the complimentary bread even after we asked. The pan pan chicken sandwich was thin in meat and heavily breaded, the chicken meat was not even white but yellowish grey, did not eat 75% of my sandwich.
They brought us room temperature coffee, said that beef Colombian empanadas would take 15 minutes to make, then proceeded to bring them out in 2 mins and you could tell they were old and looked off.
Food is very high priced for the low quality food they are serving. Save your money and go to Rinconcito or Bodegon or any other Latin restaurant that has fair prices and good servers who pay attention
The servers that worked that day were not attentive at all (Went there a week ago on Dec 1st 2024 with my family )
Will never come back and will tell anyone I know to never go again
Lost my business

Disappointing. After a couple of attempts with similar results, this will be our last time at this place. Be warned, the food is not horrible, if you can get past the abysmal and lackluster service. My wife and I enter and patiently waited. There were a few people sitting and many dirty tables all round. We were ignored (NO ONE EVEN SAID HI) and had to finally hunt down 1 of the 3 girl staff. When asked, we said we would gladly accept any clean table. Rag in hand, no table was cleaned and all 3 went about their business. Bummer, but we had no choice but to leave. Dislike leaving bad reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place has gotten so much worse. I just came out of breakfast, there were three of us, we ordered some coffees and three-egg breakfasts, nothing special, and we ended up paying 70 dollars!
Coffees without refills are $4 each, with an extra $1 for milk. It took 40 minutes to bring one of the breakfasts... and to make matters worse, when I get home I realize that not only did they include a $9 automatic tip without warning, but the machine was set to ask for tips between 18% and 25% %. What a disaster this place has become.
As a comparison, yesterday we had breakfast at First Watch: they served us wonderfully, the food was better, they refilled the coffee for free and everything cost $45 without any tricks. As much as I liked Pan Pan, I think I'm going to have to look for another option.

The best “pan de bono” (cheesebread) in town! I’ve tried numerous bakeries, Al pan pan is the best!

Although they are an Argentinian eatery, they carry the best Cuban espresso in the area. Thier pastries are fresh and delicious. All of their Argentinian dishes are excellent.
