Frank’s service is hands down the best at this Arby’s. When he’s working up front and makes it three people, everything moves quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately, when there are only two people working the front and Frank isn’t there, the service is horrible and extremely slow. Frank truly makes all the difference.

I suggest finding another place to go this place not only is super slow it took 27 min to make it through the drive through , I had 2 people knock on my window ask for money. Kinda sad that that only one person works there. I’ll never be back that’s for sure

I hope you all like your Arby’s sandwich rare with blood in it. Also employees ignore you and didn’t add an item because he “didn’t hear me say it” good luck staying in business with whoever Arby’s has in there. I’m never going back here

Drive thru took ages to even take order. They told us to pull up. Then I seen people leaving and parking aside. After waiting minutes apon minutes I backed up to get a refund. The girl said your food is ready do u want a refund still. I took the food but it was incorrect and the sauces were wrong. When I tried to get correct sauces she was annoyed. Only gave me two horsey with $66 order. Frustrating.

The app is definitely glitchy, but even so, they were not serving chocolate milkshakes. This location opted for Apple pie and Jamocha shakes. 🥺
They also almost forgot one of the curly fries I ordered. Thankfully I looked in the back before driving all the way home.
The staff were definitely friendly, and helpful as possible.

Pulled up to the drive through and sat there for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me, finally someone responded and I told them I had a mobile order it was pretty quick but when I got home I opened my food and I don’t know how they can charge $6+ dollars and call this a beef n cheddar. Fries were cooked way to long and so crunchy couldn’t even eat them.

Tried the new steak bites. $7.50 for 5 tiny pieces of steak. It was dry and actually tasted awful. They make there commercials look so good until you get it.

I usually only get the roast beef sandwiches. This time I decided to switch it up and got the french dip and chicken snacker. I was so disappointed. The picture of the snacker is about 4000% zoomed. This thing was tiny. Okay. No problem. But because of the size the price was now way too expensive. French dip had no flavor. Let's dip it in the au jus, nope still no flavor.

I'll stick to the classic roast beef.

I am SUPER happy that the potato cakes are back.

New steak nuggets were dry.Sandwich came with no mayo.Sweet tea and unsweet tea dispensers were reversed.Was brought to the attention of person taking orders but he nor anyone else did anything about it. Manager was visible on duty.A sign would have helped customers.They did not have diet sweetener ANYWHERE! Employee looked.Fries were barely warm.While eating overheard customer ask for money back on steak nuggets in bowl because there was very little there. Condiment dispensers looked like they were not in good shape. Drink machine out of diet Dr Pepper.

We were impressed. It's been awhile since we've eaten at an Arby's. I feel likes it's a forgotten fast food restaurant that needs our attention again.

Waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes for a single roast beef sandwich. They seem to cater to the drive thru before the customers that came inside. The manager could care less.

Went thru drive thru order fresh and hot fast service no complaints. That white cheddar Mac n cheese might not look like nothing but it tastes really good. First time eating Arby's thank you Arby's 😁
